A Delicious Creamy Mango Cake On My Brother 's Simple Birthday Celebration
Hello Dear Hivers!
I became so busy recently that I missed this community.Today I'm gonna share to you what's caught my attention during the birthday of brother.Its his birthday cake.I get attracted to this because of its unique style of being a cake--its creaminess of mango at the top made this cake looked even more delicious.
My brother were not so prepared in his birthday knowing that he's busy also in his work.So his girlfriend made an effort to buy some goods and a cake for him.
I took photos of the foods which I liked best during the birthday.
I also loved this pork afritada the Filipino style in cooking this is a reminder that a simple occasion became a special celebration because of this yummy and special afritada.
The Pinoy style afritada is being seasoned with tomato sauce making it so saucy.The potatoes and carrots were half cooked.The pork were very tender and it's good to be paired with rice.My mother took time in making this afritada.Despite being busy mother gave time to cook our favorite dish the Pork Afritada.
His birthday celebration was not so grande, and special.Were just celebrated it at home.So his girlfriend arrived and bought a piece of cake.
Very timely that the cake being brought home by her girlfriend was also my favorite cake.I felt so delighted and happy to see it.
Wow! the top was filled with so much mango creams on it.I love how it looked and this was also bought in my favorite cake shop--the red ribbon.I can say that cakes in here were of quality.The mango cake looked so much delicious because of the heavy topping of mango creams in it.
Kids cannot wait anymore but to taste fluffiness and the softness of the cake.Its really different from the other cakes I've tasted.
What I loved it the most the cake dough is very soft in texture it's like the texture of a soft souffle cake.This cake made this simple birthday celebration a memorable moment.
The icing in it is just perfectly made.Theres no dedication words on the cake being written. Just a simple gesture of saying happy birthday to him.
Out of curiosity I asked her girlfriend as to how much is the cake cost?It cost 550.00 pesos.The price was just worth it.Not too expensive and not too cheap.
No visitors were coming during the birthday celebration it's just a small family gathering.We ended the celebration with a praised to the Lord for He has given him a new chapter of his life.
We're grateful that despite facing challenges and struggles weve to this point.Im so happy we had this family picture.Because my brother was not so fond taking photos.
Were just so happy celebrating another milestone of the year.
My little family with a simple dream.Its nice to feel that were complete this day.This occasion made me realize that it's okay to have a simple and not so elegant preparation.Whats important is the time we spent with our family.
Indeed still it's a happy birthday to my brother.

It's a very simple and heartwarming birthday. Love does not need to be express or celebrated on a grand scale and so is birthday. Because as long as those closest to you and those that matter to you are present, then all is well
