Winter Cycling

In the freezing winter, my outdoor activity remains the lowest as the harsh weather with the freezing cold is not so comfortable for me, and so I don't feel comfortable in winter outdoor activities. The temperature also remains below freezing point, and the outdoor activity becomes very tough for a native to the tropical region, where the winter has warmer temperatures than the northern region, such as Beijing, where I am living.

I have a short cycling session of around 10 km today in the surrounding area of my living place. The surrounding area is now representing the harshness of the winter weather that reflects the freezing cold. The naked branches and the dried grasses, trees are in the same color without any other color than the greyish brown. Almost every direction that I see, I see the same color and vibes of the winter in the nature.

The color of the winter becomes more bright with the shining sun but today the weather was not so clear as the sky was cloudy and so the brightness of the day was not so high. It is like a dull day without any bright colorful vibes of the winter nature. I have not taken too much photos during my ride a it was freezing cold and difficult to bring out my phones and removing my gloves too frequent in the freezing cold.

It was a short riding session in the early afternoon of the day and I enjoyed the outdoor activity. It was a less warmer day than other days and my cycling make me sweat under the thick down jacket that I use during this winter time.
