My milestone of 42K HP and 300K COLONY stake.

With my 1000 Hive power up in this Hive Power up day, I was actually too close to my milestone of 42K HP but still missed with some hundred - 2 hundred Hive short. So finally, I am able to reach this milestone after 5 days of HPUD and now I have staked more than 42000 Hive power on my account. With the milestone of today, I am also feeling confident to reach the next milestone of 43K HP on next HPUD i.e March 1, 2026. Also I now have more than 10 month to reach overall goal of the 50K Hive power.

Though it the mere stake of 42K HP, I am actually top 500 account in ranking for staked Hive. To be precise it was Rank 440 at the time of the writing this post. This raises a serious concern on the Hive userbase that is majorly shunning away staking Hive. I guess apart from DHF issue, majority of user in Hive are actually not increasing their stake in Hive, instead they have cashed out. Personally, I do not see anything wrong to spend you earned money for need but it raises another question, why the users are not able consider Hive as an investment. Maybe we should distribute DHF HBD monthly to the Hive stokers in the chain to motivate.

COLONY update.

Though I am primarily focused on my Hive power and I am currently content on my monthly progress of Hive power added, so I am now focusing to use my Hive to buy gaming tokens. SPS of Splinterland's can be obvious choice but I have reached much above my desired stake. So now I am now buying COLONY tokens time to time to increase my stake in arcadecolony governance token.

I am honest here that Arcadecolony games had not been updated for long and games like Primepick (not sure of the exact name) that is supposed to be launched last year, has now now updates for it future release date. I guess with current bear market also caused updates costs not sustainable. But on the side note, all these issues has caused the token to be in the rock bottom and good new in the market and platform can only help the token to sky rocket. Anyway buying token by spending less than 100 Hive per month is not a bad deal and actually, it is not kind of breaking any bank. To be honest, i generally fund my COLONY purchases by selling DEC that I obtain by selling VOCHERS , land produce (Grain) and Vouchers. So it is kind of using my one game position to build on another game position.

It is also that I like to play the arcadecolony game of Moonkarts and able to reach the leaderboard of the games, appoximately earning 9000 COLONY Tokens. I also ocassionaly play Blackjack also in the stakehouseden. So having more COLONY staked helped me to get more COLONY as rewards when I play those game. I will definitely suggest to play these games as entry barriers to play these games are very low.
