Planning with time helps us to fulfill our responsibilities without interfering one with the other and how can we fulfill jobs on time if we don't plan it?

That is why it is highly recommended to use a to-do list, I know I have read it elsewhere and I have also heard comments from important people and sometimes I feel that even this method of planning is an art because you must imagine how much time you can occupy that obligation that you must perform the delivery time but above all plan for setbacks that can delay you.

Yesterday I had to make the publication for the Guess Author and while I was making a design for an art contest I totally lost track of time and that made me focus on this issue of planning.

And one of the most relevant things in decision making are the following;

• Having clarity in your objectives:

Having clarity in your objectives helps you achieve what you want to achieve and this gives it meaning and direction.

• Efficiency:

When we plan we optimize our resources and minimize time and effort when we avoid improvisations.

• Stress reduction**:

We must recognize that by having a plan we reduce that uncertainty and anxiety since we have a route to follow to achieve the goal.

• Improved decision making:

When we have that plan we greatly improve decisions as it becomes easy for us to evaluate situations and the path we are taking.

• Flexibility:

And even though we have a plan we must also know how to be flexible and adjust to changing circumstances that allow us to adapt to new realities.

So with this in mind we must recognize that planning ahead is fundamental in any field or lifestyle, it allows us to have our goals clear in order to organize resources and anticipate possible obstacles. And if you want to study a little more about planning ahead I can recommend a book that deals with meditation and visualization, it is a mental program offered by the Silva Method.

Planificar con tiempo nos ayuda a cumplir con nuestras responsabilidades sin que interfiera una con otra y cómo podemos cumplir trabajos a tiempo si no lo planificamos?

Por eso es muy recomendable utilizar una lista de quehaceres esto sé que lo he leído en otras partes y también lo he escuchado de comentarios de personas importantes y en ocasiones siento que hasta este método de planificación es un arte ya que debes imaginar qué tanto tiempo te puede ocupar dicha obligación que debes realizar el tiempo de entrega pero sobre todo planificar los contratiempos que te puedan retrasar.

El día de ayer debía realizar la publicación para el Guess Author y mientras realizaba un diseño para un concurso de arte perdí totalmente la noción del tiempo y eso hizo que me enfocara en éste tema de la planificación.

Y una de las cosas mas relevantes en la toma de decisiones son las siguientes;

• Tener Claridad en los objetivos:

Tener claridad en tus objetivos ayuda que logres lo que quieres lograr y esto le proporciona sentido y dirección.

• Eficiencia:

Cuándo planificamos optimizamos nuestros recursos y minimizamos el tiempo y esfuerzo cuándo evitamos las improvisaciones.

• Reducción del estrés:

Hay que reconocer que teniendo un plan reducimos esa incertidumbre y ansiedad ya que tenemos una ruta que seguir para lograr el objetivo.

• Mejora en la toma de decisiones:

Cuando tenemos ese plan mejoramos muchísimo las decisiones ya que se nos hace fácil evaluar situaciones y el camino que estamos tomando.

• Flexibilidad:

Y aunque tengamos un plan debemos también saber ser flexibles y ajustarnos a circunstancias cambiantes que nos permiten adaptar nuevas realidades.

Así que teniendo esto en cuenta debemos reconocer que la planificación con tiempo es fundamental en cualquier ámbito o estilo de vida nos permite tener nuestras metas claras para así organizar los recursos y anticiparnos ante posibles obstáculos Y si quieren estudiar un poco más sobre la planificación con anticipación les puedo recomendar un libro que se trata sobre la meditación y visualización es un programa mental que ofrece el Método Silva. range 40-50
