Let's talk a little about gratitude and how little we are sometimes, I know that here in Venezuela Christmas is a time full of joy, hugs and lots of warmth that we give each other in family, that human warmth that is so necessary but far beyond those hallacas that ham bread there is an art beyond that many times we forget and it is the art of knowing how to say thank you.

^{Hablemos un poco de la gratitud y lo muy poco en ocasiones que lo somos, sé que acá en Venezuela Navidad es una época llena de alegría de abrazos y de mucho calor que nos damos en familia, ese calor humano que es tan necesario pero mucho más allá de esas hallacas ese pan de jamón hay un arte más allá que muchas veces olvidamos y es el arte de saber decir gracias.}

In the midst of all this Christmas chaos accompanied by those great landscapes and sunsets that give us our land we forget that there are many things we take for granted as this to be grateful for being so lucky because sometimes with a simple cup of coffee or laughter of a fellow family friend watching and sharing anecdotes is where we have the real wealth and that, that is something to be thankful for.

Many times we say Thank You and we don't even think about it just because it is Christmas time but I know that the weight is especially in every Thank You when it comes loaded with feelings of memories and that sometimes they are simply not there such as the hope that a new year will make it better or the hope that this time we will be able to 100% of our energy to be part of that change and this is something that we should also know how to say Thank You to our perseverance and attitude.

^{Muchísimas veces decimos Gracias y ni siquiera lo pensamos por simplemente ser la época de Navidad pero sé que el peso está en especial en cada Gracias cuando viene cargado de sentimientos de recuerdos Y que en ocasiones simplemente no están tal como la esperanza de que un año nuevo hará que esto mejore o la esperanza de que esta vez sí podremos al 100% de nuestra energía por ser parte de ese cambio y este algo lo que también debemos saber decirle Gracias a nuestra perseverancia y actitud.}

Knowing how to say thank you is something that enriches our soul and makes us land as well as allows us to fly is that I know that this is essential to be able to put aside the superficial that every Christmas Eve or New Year's morning when we raise our glasses and have someone to shake hands with is where we must remember that we are fortunate that we must be grateful for the now and for the present whatever the circumstance.
