Communication is a form of respect, and no matter how busy someone is, they will always make time to reply or check up on the people they truly value.

It is weird when someone you call your partner or friend leaves your messages unattended for hours or even days in this digital era, only to claim later they were busy.

In an era where most people can barely stay away from their phones for a few minutes, it is funny how the same person who is always “busy” is constantly pressing their phone whenever you are physically together.

So you are busy, yet your phone is always in your hand and active… but once we are apart, you suddenly become unavailable?

That is a major red flag.

Sometimes, the harsh truth is simple: they just don’t prioritize you the same way you prioritize them. And most times, the same people replying to you late are replying to someone else within seconds.

Most people already know the truth, but they choose to ignore it and keep making excuses for the bad behavior of others…

If it is someone in the talking stage constantly leaving your messages unanswered, let them go.

If it is your partner treating your messages the same way they treat random people’s messages, leaving you unattended for hours, then maybe they are not truly yours. A relationship without respect will never last.

If your friends suddenly start ignoring your messages for hours or days repeatedly, maybe it is time to change your circle or simply enjoy your own company.

Some things cannot be forced.
