Heavy pressure to code something every single day otherwise the tokens goes waste

Since I started using AI coding tools with subscriptions, it has been a really amazing experience, and I started liking the way I sit and vibe code. I sometimes find it very hard to even step away from my computer. In general, I have started liking this new way of life, which is vibe coding. Earlier, we had to do everything by ourselves, where we had to come up with a solution for our problem, and at the same time, designing a few things can be exhausting. Another main reason is that I have paid the money for the pro subscription, and as long as the tokens are available, I have to continue using it until it resets. I mostly keep working until the tokens are exhausted and wait for a couple of days for the tokens to recover. Sometimes, if we don't use the tokens properly, ultimately it is our money that is getting wasted, which is not good, right?

Today, most of the tough parts are handled by AI. Most of the draining and repetitive tasks are also handled by AI, and the code ideation part is still with us, where we can give assistance to the way AI thinks, and we can be a part of the ideation. Sometimes the solutions provided by AI are far better, but sometimes we also have to be very careful with what we are getting from AI. So, in general, coding with the help of AI is really amazing, and we don't feel tired when AI is doing the heavy lifting, and it is fun to sit and watch that.

Someone specifically mentioned that he stopped watching Instagram Reels and started vibecoding. People see this as a new form of drug these days. There are some favourite games for us. People try to recreate those games with the help of vibecoding. Those are coming out of their own interest. This has now become a trend among both youngsters and experienced people who would like to build something that is very interesting. I guess with the help of AI, even non-technical people can build some amazing things, and if it clicks very well, it can be a great thing for the market.

I see this AI revolution as a way to deliver things faster than it used to be before, and other than that, I don't see a demand for IT needs reducing. Maybe with the help of AI, it can even increase further. A small business or a small shop will even have its tools and website built, as AI has also reduced a lot of development time and cost. We may not know in which direction this can keep going, but hopefully, in a few years, everything should be in good shape.
