Neoxian City Talent Hunt - "The Dragon"

My drawing inspiration came from the majestic and mighty dragons that rules the Neoxian city with strength and precision.
Like the mighty dragon, they stand tall, protecting and serving with fierce dedication, having the foundation of the city been built on the principles of discipline, protection, love and care for one another.

Just as dragons fiercely defend their territories, our dragons safeguard the city with city rules and swift action when necessary.
When challenges arise, they unleash their collective strengths to address them, just as dragons breathe fire to protect their domains. Yet, when empathy and compassion are needed, they fold their wings, to listen and support the citizens in need.

The Neoxian city thrives on this balance of strength and compassion, making it a place for growth, creativity, and connection for all citizens.
