Prevention is better than cure. Greetings, people of the Hive Ghana community, I count it a pleasure to be part of you all again; thank you for stopping by my blog. I would like to talk on the topic that says, the betrayal. First, I would like to start with prevention is better than cure. I'm a lady, and the bitter truth is, men are unpredictable. Some said men are polygamous in nature, I saw somewhere on Facebook where a lady said, if you want peace in your marriage or if you want your marriage to last don't check your partner's phone. but for someone like me, that is a big lie. I don't care. I check my husband's phone every weekend when he returns home from work. Let me share with you all a little story on betrayal in marriage. This is a life story; it happens in my community.

So there was this beautiful couple in my community; their love was admirable. People talked about how their love blossomed by the day. Little did we know that the man was having an affair with their house help. His wife already had three boys for him, but it wasn't enough for the greedy and ungrateful man; he impregnated the house help, and they kept it from the woman until one fateful day, when the house help was demanding money from the man for antenatal care. At the time that the message came into his phone, the wife was using it, and one funny part was that, when the house help got pregnant, she lied to her madam that she had some urgent need to attend to in her village and left so she could take care of herself and her child.
Now at this point, the wife wasn't even checking her husband's phone because of how she trusted him. So when she saw the request from the message, she got curious to know more; she opened their chats, only to find out that they have even done traditional marriage. She was disappointed and felt betrayed at the same time, the woman later died from heartbreak.
Another story this again happen in my community, this couple were happily married, the wife always check her husband's phone, but he was smart to always clean his chat, but on these fateful day, I could say because the wife is innocent, God wanted to help her, she jokely pick her husband phone and was going through his chat as usual, when she saw a message from his doctor friend, telling the husband to tell his wife about what is happening to him so that she can check herself as well, so she went fourther to check what the doctor was talking about only to find out that her husband is HIV positive and was already on medication and yet refused to tell her, well as usual she felt betrayed, heartbroken and disappointed and she file for a divorce immediately.
So like I said earlier, I will check my husband's phone anytime any day, because I wouldn't want a story that touches the heart. Some men can be heartless and dangerous. I love my life and that of my kids. Betrayal most times comes from the people we trust and love. Thank you for stopping by. See you next Time
