Did My Hobby Ever Change Since Childhood?

The first time I heard the word “hobby” was when I was in primary school. I really can’t remember what subject we were having on that day but I could remember clearly that I was in Year3 and my teacher explained to all of us that hobbies are the things that we love to do at our leisure time.

Everyone have their hobbies and no matter how little one can be, he or she will surely have something to do when they are free or less busy. Some of us like to check social media, sing or dance when we are free. I believe it depends on what interests us the most.

What’s my hobby?

That thing I love to do when I’m free is singing. I could sing from morning till night and I won’t even stop when I’m tired especially when I’m singing songs that I really love and that I’m very much familiar with.
There are also so many times when I might be having headache because I have been singing for so long but that doesn’t mean I’d stop.

Do hobbies change as we grow?

I believe hobbies change as we grow but this didn’t really happen to me. I’ve noticed myself a lot that my talent is singing and if you have ever noticed experts or celebrities, the majority of them may tell you that they have been singing since they were little and it was their hobby and that’s the same thing that happened to me so my hobby didn’t change.

Well, life is dynamic which means that it changes from time to time. When we were young, we may be opportune to have rich parents who could get us tablets to watch whatever we want online and it becomes our hobby but as time goes on and we tend to grow too, we may begin to get caught up in some acts.
You may not even like the noise of the things that you used to watch on your tablet again when you were little so you now prefer to take a walk in the park which becomes your new hobby because it helps you to meditate.
So, yes, our hobbies changes as we grow because we engage in different activities in life and we may begin to develop interest in others.

Also, I feel it is good to take note of your hobbies. Once you realize that you are getting attached to something, it means that there is a possibility for it to be your talent so the best thing to do is focus more on it and it may become your career path. That career path may begin to feed you later on.
