I don't blame you at all, instead, I blame those who undermined your ideas. Working with the wrong people can make us believe we’re the main problem, when in reality, it’s those people who never valued our thoughts or ideas. I’m honestly glad you found someone who truly values your ideas. Now I understand why you hate teamwork. Because to me, teamwork means everyone involved should bring their ideas so that the work can succeed, not condemning someone’s idea that could actually help the whole team move forward.
