Yay! It's Christmas again it doesn’t feel like those days when Christmas mood would be on, starting from November you already feel the Christmas in the air now it's already December this Christmas mood ain't even Christmas.

Earlier last year, you would have already been hearing the sound of Knockout on every street, even from vendors selling them all around the area. I remember a certain time coming back from school, and I knew I had reached my bus stop. Still, the lovely Knock-out being blown in the hair made me sit down in the motor and enjoy the nice view honestly it was fun.

Now comes to the prompt on Hive Ghana which would i prefer christmas as a kid or christmas as an adult i would choose Christmas as a kid there is nothing much sweeter than enjoying Christmas as a kid you get to spend quality time with family and most important of all you always get Christmas treat from neighbors, parent, those adult around you mehn believe it am always happy if my pocket is always full i never went broke during a kid.

Infact whenever is christmas am always happy cause mom always cook the best food on Christmas day i get to eat big chicken the adult around would carry us to ShopRite to go and shop for sweet, cakes and go for some bouncing right more importantly mom would take me to go lagos island to go and Shop for our chirstmas cloth my sibling and I would take their measurements of shoes she already knows their size of cloth she is getting for them, Dad would recharge GOTV decoder we watch Cartoon all day, Nepa is my Favorite people then cause they would leave the light for us on Christmas eve nothing felt better when you are a kid.

Now it comes to when am adult gone are those days as a kid am a full grown adult now nothing is like before again who would give me Christmas money or cook me Christmas food or take me outing most especially am a full grown adult even on Christmas i have to work to survival no time rest even on Christmas we have two days off which is on the 25th of Christmas adulthood is such a scam.

You can’t enjoy Christmas when you are adult you have to fend for yourself focus on duties ahead of you if there is money you buy yourself nicest thing eat while you had the chance smile it off with some vodka just to make the mood feel nicer even tho you know it doesn’t so if am to say christmas feels best when you are a kid not adulthood.
