Leveling The Playing Field, Equal Play Equal Chances.

I had a friend in secondary school who according to students definition was a boy girl, she was always found in the midst of boys, she always kept make friends, she would prefer to wear big big trousers and shirt than to wear feminine wears, she barbed her hair and always had a comb everywhere she went just to keep her hair brushed, that was typically how she appeared and worst of it all was that she was always found doing boys activities like sports or work so just follow me and picture this little illustration.

Picture her at the school games section playing soccer with the rest of the boys and the girls in their own section playing games, just imagine you seeing the boys and just one girl in their midst, still picture a scene where some group of trouble makers shouting from a distance that girls can't play soccer or girls aren't permitted to play soccer it's only meant for the boys, this outbreak would definitely cause a quarrel and probably a fight adimst them but now let's look at it from a honest view.

The fact that the both gender has different section already screams of gender inequality but having a scenario where everyone whether male or female become one team altogether where boys get to dance and girls get to play soccer not withstanding which sex can play it best but teaching everyone how to become experts in that game, in such cases you see that each and everyone gets to play or do what they love to do not considering if it's meant for they boys or if it's meant for the girls, because in real sense we have friends who love to do or try different things as far as they have interest in it.

The phrase gender equality in this context would mean everyone gets to play in the game that interest them making everyone happy, we are unique in our different abilities which is what makes us special, it gives room for everyone to learn together and grow together, it is also an opportunity for both boys and girls to be friends as they play together which would make us all happy, so if you want everyone around you to be happy let's treat each other they way you want them to treat you which is with love, kindness, care, respect and many more good things.

Gender equality is the way forward so treat others the way you want them to treat you, thank you for your time 😘.
