I love my sleeping time,i don't joke with it,so as much as i can i sleep early cause i believe it's me already preparing for the day ahead,this helps me wake up as strong as a giant,am one person that can testify that good sleep equals morning strength, that's a key code i just gave you there,So always do well to have a good sleep,i think you should learn that.
What preparations do i undergo to make my day super smooth?
Well the first thing i do once i wake is a long stretch,i feel satisfied each yime i do this so i always do it before i even think, secondly am a Christian and so i know how important and powerful my prayers are,i believe in my prayers so much to say they determine if my activities for a day will be successful.
But then a person of prayer should also be person of faith,the fact that I've prayed is more reason for me to prepare better and make sure my entire day goes so awesome and so once I'm done praying i get my note, there's this note i bought specifically for writing all of the activities,works,my entire day plan in general pointing out the most important plans and the plans that can be postponed or neglected just in case i get too tired or something else comes out the blues cause you can't guarantee that only what you want will come your way,sometimes some uncalled situations come into olay so you have to just give it a little time.
Talking about time, because you've written all you wish to do in a day doesn't validate the fact that all will be carried out, personally i schedule every plan I've made attaching a particular number of hours to each plan,so i keep in mind that at this time i should have gotten this thing done, there's a probability that you might get carried away and tend to forget, I've got alarms on my mobile phone just to make sure am reminded each time for every schedule.
One might feel like the task of having a productive day is too bulky but its actually not bulky, while all this plans are all good without consistency you'll never be productive,you have to repeat this day after day and after day till it brings you to a point where you no longer need alarms to remember what you're supposed to do .
It is consistency that builds a habit,you want a produtive day, productive week, productive month? Then you have to build consciously the best if habits,you might not always love your habits, you might want to be sleeping at that time or probably watching a movie when you're supposed to read but yet you have to resist it,you have to JUST DO IT.

True! Being consistent is actually a good way to build a habit where you don’t need alarms later. The only difficult part of being consistent is being consistent, lol.
