It was a bit cooler this morning but still very humid.
Today was my internals workout 6x400 meters with a 200 meter walk recovery,
I struggled with the first one but after I was warmed up the rest felt good. The graph shows my 400m meter track starts slight down hill but then it goes up a bit before having to slow for a u turn at the bottom of a court.
Iwas happy they were a little closer to 5 minute pace this week.
