Hi to all my Hiveans all over the world, I am glad to be here for real and to share my today's joy in being a Fiber Optic Technician. There is nothing better than having to be the reason that some homes have internet and remain happy. Being a Fiber Optic Technician, puts me out there to provision PON (Passive Optical Network), from the OLT(Optical Line Terminal), to through the FDT (Fiber Distribution Terminal), through FAT (Fiber Access Terminal), through MST (Multiple Service Terminal), and finally, to the ONU/ ONT (Optical Network Unit/ Optical Network Terminal). Giving the customer satisfying internet connectivity.

Not only does my work make people happy. Despite the fact that customers are paying for the service. The availability of internet without any interruption and, getting the subscribed bandwidth is something that is incomparable to any other ISP. Especially in my home country where there is so many type of sabotages. We still go extra mile to ensure that customers do not suffer and instant resolution is always in place to make sure that customers are up and running.
