My introduction post in the hive blockchain: my first step.

Hello Hive! I'm Excited to Be Here

My name is Taiwo Elizabeth, and I’m truly excited to finally take this bold step into the Hive blockchain. I’ve been hearing so much about this platform, and today, I’m happy to say, this is my first official post!

I started my life’s journey on the 7th of February, 2001. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, though my roots are from the beautiful Osun State. I graduated from Awori Senior College, Ojo in 2017, and I’m currently pursuing my National Diploma in Food Technology (NDFT) at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

Aside from academics, I work at Universal Insurance PLC here in Lagos. I joined the company on January 8, 2024, and it’s been a learning experience ever since. Juggling work and school isn’t the easiest thing, but with determination, and the right people around, it’s possible.

Speaking of support, I’m blessed to have a beautiful sister and a loving mother who always encourage me to chase my dreams, no matter how big they seem. Their support means everything to me, and it keeps me going every single day.

Now let me tell you something that inspires me a lot, I’m a proud supporter of the Arising Star Soccer Queens ⚽💪. I even follow them on Facebook and watch their matches live from time to time. They are a group of strong and talented ladies challenging the norm in a society where female sports are often underestimated. Watching them play reminds me that nothing is off-limits when you have passion and purpose.

I discovered Hive through my amazing brother, @lectureme. He’s been encouraging me to join the platform for a while now, telling me about all the amazing people here and the opportunities Hive offers. He introduced me to some inspiring women on the blockchain like @merit-ahama and @abenad, who are doing great things here. He also mentioned big names like @theycallmedan and how much they've contributed to the growth of Hive.

He also told me about communities like Hive-Posh and their weekly tasks, and even though I’m still new and learning, I’m ready to grow. I may be a beginner now, but I’m willing to learn with the help of experienced people and kind guardians in the community. I believe every expert was once a beginner, and this is my beginning!

So here I am, ready to explore, connect, and contribute in my own unique way. Whether it’s through lifestyle posts, food-related content, or just sharing parts of my journey, I hope to grow into a valuable member of the Hive family.
