Difficult moment/ Petit moment difficile

Hi friends, what shall I tell you today? I’ve been quite busy lately with my sick child. He had a mild food poisoning, but luckily, he’s starting to feel better. I don’t know how he caught this bug, who knows! At home, we all ate the same thing, and no one else got sick.

It’s really not easy being a mom. I went over everything we ate the day before, but I didn’t find anything suspicious. I then thought he probably shared something with his friends at school.

It all started with a fever, and at first, I thought he had caught the flu, like me and his brother. But when he started vomiting, I realized I needed to take him to the pediatrician urgently.

Luckily, there weren’t many people at the clinic, and after five minutes, we were seen. The doctor gave him an injection on the spot and prescribed antibiotics for 10 days.

He doesn’t like medicine at all, but he has no choice. The treatment has to be followed exactly. Fortunately, there are no exams at school right now, and the doctor recommended 3 days of rest. He looks so tired, especially since he’s usually full of energy.

It’s not a big deal, in a few days, he’ll be back on his feet. He just needs to take his medicine and rest well.
