The nasturtium seeds , it is our annual collection for our family to actually frolick amongst the beautiful orange , the yellow, and red flowers..

We do everything possible to collect as much as we can , but we are always careful to actually leave a few in order to propagate for next years harvest , we do pickle them with the vinegar , some salt and some herbs to actually make the nasturtium capers..

They are delicious in salads , or on pizzas or as a snack..
