Growth is constant and as such we ought to grow. I was taught in school decades back and this explanation sticks to my brain freshly till date, my teacher told me and I confirmed it that Growth is an irreversible increase in size. The earth is in constant rotation, this movement calls for a process Change. Growing in all ramifications involve serious work and extra determination, remaining stagnant is the result of not growing above certain things. I have witness some people shy, they shy away from growth thereby remaining where they are. Let me quickly share some steps to grow.

Taking responsibility of ones action is a clear sign that one is ready to grow. Life could be hard and sometimes we just want to hide in a comfy zone and enjoy things for free but then, time will only reveal the extent of ones stagnation if living in comfort has always been the only option.

Responsibilities define a real man, yes! The worth of men is determined by the kind of responsibilities they own up to. A responsible man is a successful man no matter how many times he has failed, this is the mindset of people who are psychologically healthy. Taking responsibilities of your actions and not waiting for people to tell you what to do at a particular time is a big step towards growth.

To grow, one has to be intentional about the overall process of growth. Being intentional about your goals keeps you afloat, it helps resonate words of encouragement to you even in the storm. Allow your mind to be fixed on winning not on the disappointment of failure.

Wakeup everyday with the hope to win even when the situation you are in isn't saying so, this is how champions are birthed. Nobody who determines to to grow has ever stayed out of storms, they approach it with all amount of force and courage.

Every champion keeps learning even till death, life itself teaches us lessons school can't. Inorder to grow, be so ready to learn, unlearn and relearn, this is the beauty of growth. For one to really sail through the hurdles of life and grow, learning should be the option.

Great leaders are learners, whosoever is intentional about growth should not underestimate the power of learning. The leaders we are envying now never stops learning, that is why they can still maintain their position.
