Actually, talking about fears and what triggers it isn't truly a problem but then is about knowing the fact that we were all designed or created rather before the existence of fear which is just a mere four letter words, though it seems to be quite to believe but it is what it is.
As we all know fear has been one of the most basic human emotions which was actually inserted into our systems and then works like an instinct right from the beginning when we were still little as a child, and so the whole facts about what triggers fear is threat of being harmed, killed and so on which could be either real or imagined by one.
how we can get over fears
It's by learning physical techniques which would help us relax.
It's by doing exercises such as massage, meditation (yoga) and other helpful activities related.
