Explaining How to Generate Fuel in Moon Karts

In this post, I'll show you how much fuel I spend on Moon Karts so I can participate in races, but first, I'll talk a little about Arcade Colony.

Arcade Colony

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 games.

In my post Showing the Arcade Colony Platform, I explain a little about Arcade Colony and how to create an account on the platform.

Before continuing reading this post, I recommend Explaining How to Get Started in Moon Karts, this is also my post and in it I explain my initial investment in Moon Karts which was only $1.55.

I'll show you my current fuel income and how much I've spent.

In Moon Karts, to get fuel, a player needs to stake cards, so my first step was to go to the market to buy cards to stake.

The first card I bought was Vortex in the Gold Foil version. It cost me 3.52 SCRIPT, which is the equivalent of $0.99.

The reason I chose Gold Foil cards is because they generate more fuel than regular cards, and their cost is worth it.

To explain in more detail, I'll use my Blaze card, which has the same rarity as Vortex but is a regular card. The regular Blaze card generates 0.9 Fuel in 24 hours, while the Vortex Gold Foil card generates 10.8 Fuel every 24 hours.

I paid $0.30 for my Regular Blaze card and $0.99 for my Vortex Gold Foil card, so the Gold Foil cards are much more valuable depending on the price you pay for them.

The second card I bought was the Body Reiforcement in the Gold Foil version. It cost me 3.52 SCRIPT, which is the equivalent of $0.99.

The Body Reiforcement card in the Gold Foil version generates 10.2 Fuel every 24 hours.

With these two cards staked, my production is 21 Fuel every 24 hours, and considering my current Fuel expenditure per race, that's enough for me to participate in almost 3 races daily.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm still testing Moon Karts, so I'm only making minimal investments so I can gain more knowledge about the game first.

An important detail about generating fuel in Moon Karts is that you need 2 SCRIPT staked for each card you stake. This is the amount of SCRIPT required to maximize the fuel generated by each staked card.

I have 10 SCRIPT staked, which means I can generate maximum fuel for up to 5 cards. For now, I've only staked 2 cards so I can test the race gains. I'll also need to stake Colony tokens to increase my race gains, but I'll explain more about that in another post.
