Time, they say, waits for no one, and that's indeed the bitter truth. Before you know it, it'll pass over like a flash, and when you don't make the most of your time, you tend to live to regret it in the near future. Making the most of our time goes a long way in shaping our lives towards the right direction, which brings about not just personal growth but also career development and an overall upgrade that makes our life the envy or mirror to others of how they want their life to turn out or the blueprint on how to thread through life.
I understand life has no manual, but inasmuch as we might say that life has no manual and we can't entirely use other people's experience to judge how to live ours, because our lives are different and unique based on the individual. What is certain is that there are some principles that work with life, and when you take your time to uphold those principles, you're indirectly or directly taking essential steps that project your life to the next level. Some of those principles are that of learning and knowledge acquisition that influence our lives and open us to unlimited opportunities surrounding being learned.
The principle of sowing is another essential principle that is essential in any life regardless of the individual. We even have a power quote that says, "What you sow is what you're going to reap," meaning you aren't going to sow pineapple and expect to reap apple during harvest. It's not magic; it's the principle of life, and when you relate that to our life, We can say what you sow can be the kind of relationship you keep. Take for instance when you keep company with good and forward-thinking individuals, then you'll most likely get valuable advice at the nick of time from them, but if your circle of friends are shallow-minded, you tend to remain at the level you're in, because they can't give you what they don't have.
Another essential principle in that direction that can influence our lives positively is the golden rule, which basically states that we should treat people the way we want to be treated as well. If you're an individual who wants to be treated with honor and respect, you yourself should be willing to treat others with honor and respect, just like the common saying "respect is reciprocal." So in life you should first learn to live and give out what you expect others to give you. Besides,it's much easier to call people's attention to how you're ill-treated when you yourself treated them with honor than when you treated them in the same manner.
To put all of these principles and many others into practice, it's not something you'll wake up one morning and say you'll do in a day; it comes with intentionality, consistency, and a desire to grow, because, like I said, time waits for no one. That time you're using to live life to the fullest is what someone out there is using to brood, learn, unlearn, develop, and acquire essential skills that'll shape their lives towards the right direction, so I'll encourage you to take the wheel of your own life from today onwards and make a decision to make the rest of your life the very best of your existence.

I've always liked the principle -- treat others in the way you would like to be treated. It forces action from you first :)
The Bible quote "what a person sows, he reaps" is a powerful message that should keep everyone on their toe as to how they live their life now so they don't regret tomorrow. This principle can guide us now to make decisions that will be beneficial for us in the future.
All of these are brilliant principles, GP.
I’m not sure about life not having a manual though because I believe the holy Bible is life’s manual. The only problem is that not everyone believes in it so it’s fine if they think those principles come from somewhere else.
Sowing and reaping is certain. Learning is important. Treating others as you want to be treated is golden indeed.
