A day in the life of a typical African woman.

A day in the life of a typical African woman.Hello beautiful souls. Thank you for stopping by my blog today. So today I want to share with you what my weekend usually looks like.

First I started my day with doing our laundry 🧺; doing laundry is not an easy thing, especially when you have kids, and no any helping hands. My house help travel to the village to help her mom in harvesting their farm products.

after that I went to the market to get some groceries for the week. I was already tired 😴 but I have to go.

And after that, it's time for cooking, this is one of my hobbies, I love cooking. so my husband has not been around for a week now, and finally he is coming back today, what better way to welcome him than cooking his favorite meal? My husband best food is swallow. He loves it with everything in him.🤣

This is the vegetable I got fresh from my farm. It called karkashi, forgive me but I don't know the English name

So today I made my husband's favorite meal, tuwo masara with miya karkashi. Sounds funny, right? I know. Masara in English is actually corn 🌽.

This is me cleaning the corn. I'm an African woman 🤣🤣oo

I took the corn to where they grind it, and it turned into powder. I put water in the fire 🔥, and when the water boiled, I put in some of the corn flour and stirred it until it got thicker and ready to eat.

This is how I spend my day.
Come tell me how your day went. I will be waiting for you in the comments section.
Thank you for reading through. See you soon. Much love 💕.
