Black; any day, anytime

A few years ago, you can easily tell what my favorite color is just by being around me a couple of times. More than half of my wardrobe was made up of black clothes. And so almost every day, I would wear something that had black in it.

At a point, I decided I needed to mix with other colors and that has led me to this point that I don’t even have that many black clothes again.

I really don’t know how this love for black came about, but wearing it gives me some level of confidence. People who wear black are often perceived to be strong, and there’s a level of sophistication. I also think black makes you appear mysterious and I like that vibe.

I read an article about why people choose to wear black and it talked about they trying to protect themselves from certain emotions and creating a distance between them and certain people. I dont know about that.

I don’t often enjoy bright colors, I don’t like the attention it brings and so black always seems perfect for me. I want to walk past without getting anyone to notice.

But since I’ve decided to make a little shift from black, the only color I can settle on is brown. It’s still something that doesn’t attract attention and I like how it blends with my skin.

On any day at anytime, I would always choose a black outfit over everything.

When ever someone asks me what my favorite number is or i should randomly select a number, I always choose 3. I don’t know what the reason is, but it’s always the first to come to mind. Maybe it’s because I was born in the third month of the year, or not.
I use 3 in deciding a lot of things I do. Maybe the number of times before I give up on something, or just a major decision I need to make.
