Complaining Boss

I am that kind of person that keeps silent a lot just for peace to reign, I do my things, walk in the right way never get to where am not call to but if I see something that will surely affect me or affect people around me or affect things in My surrounding I will surely make a move.
Did I complain alot well if it's to make sure you do things right I will complain about it until it's made right.

At my working place I have those who work for me also learn in the process. When is my customer work, the work am been paid for they expect me to do the best as a Good tailor.

I get cloth to make, start the process by cutting and sewing when it gets to the little part that I know whose working under me for a year plus can handle and given it to them. They did it as if the didn't have the knowledge before even if to them they did the right thing, but No I do and surely will complain about the work until they make it right.

It get to some point once they finished work they wont bring to me to see or confirm it cause they they I will still find fault complain about the work. But I am the boss here I know what should be done and what is right I can't just overlook just because I don't want to complain about the particular work they do for me.

Sometimes I will rather collect it from them and correct it by myself instead of correcting leading to complains about the work .

Well in their case I see that they don't want to be corrected and they took it for complains
Well if that what's call I won't denial it cus I will talk and talk till they make it right.

Looking it in their aspect the complains is not making them to progress more on their work, they really put their best but somehow I will still see some part to complain about which I see as correction maybe because they already have the mindset that no matter how they did it I will still complain about the work, but No if they do it perfect I won't complaint base on my view.

For the complains not to occur too much I will rather handle the work by myself and then will be looking at what am doing, with that it less talk and prevent being tag always as the boss that always complains.

Not everyone takes correction well, they tend to see you as being naggy and a complaining boss.

My advice is that you keep trying your best with them, since you already agreed to train them, it just about teaching them and making sure you play your part, If they don't see your guidance in good light, tend it's their cup of tea.

If you seize to correct them then they won't learn.
There's no way a professional's work will be compared with what an apprentice would do so definitely there will be little or much errors to correct and if they're ready to learn then they won't tag you as a boss that complains.

You might just only take note of your tone of correction while notifying them of their errors. That matters too

But these girls no matter lower tone been use to speak to them they don't want to be corrected rather than just praising whether good or bad or should I say bcuz they think they still have much years and time ahead them.. you know GEN-Z
