it's another beautiful Sunday afternoon here in Nigeria and I am so so super excited to be here once again in this beautiful and amazing community of ours it's actually been a long time I did the post here though I have been quite busy but then and I'm happy to be here again to part of this weekend engagement topic brought to us by @galenkp. To share in our pretty cool opinions towards the topics given.

• If you have 30 minutes to speak and the entire world was listening to you, what would you say and why? Use your own photos.

Hmmmmmmmm, well talking about if I was given the opportunity to speak for 30 minutes to the entire world listening to me I would encourage peace love and unity amongst ourselves because these are the three major facts of life we've been lacking Lately.

Nobody wants to totally understand what it means to embrace all of the three core major facts of life that I earlier mentioned they feel achieving some of these major changes or goals that we need rather must be through Fighting and quarrels especially on the part of leadership.

One of the things we must understand about leadership is that it requires you having a potential qualities of how you can be able to influence people under you which is within the organization or society.
