Long Overdue Catch-up

Happy Weekend Everyone 😊

So today, I broke the procrastination of visiting my friend after her wedding since I've made some attempts with no positive outcome but this time around, it was with my twin sister and her children. I think that finally made it possible 😎

As soon as we were done with service and arrived home, we started preparing to set out since my friend said she's home already with her Sweetheart. My twinnee dressed up for my niece and nephew and we were all set to go for our dining and wining visitation.

One thing that would always amaze me about my gender is that without adequate caution and self discipline, we would always dress up late or come out late to set out to either an event or an outing (at least 70% is always like this) and my twinnee will never agree to snapping when she's late unlike me that may still end up taking one or two shots. Two in the same womb but with different traits right?

We got to my friend's abode and you know, it was all happy moments together from eating one big wrap of Amala (Yam flour swallow) and ewedu(African drawing vegetable soup) with several meats and 2 big cow skin that had swallowed lot of stew in it. I wish I had taken a picture of that but I guess I was so carried away with the visuals of the food especially the soup and it's encouragements(meat and cow skin).

We dance to Tiktok sounds and created our own videos using the sounds, laughed, gisted and wished the time wasn't ticking as fast as it was. We had to leave some minutes close to 7:30pm so we can arrive home before it gets too dark but it was kind of hard leaving ourselves from both ends at the park and that was when I remembered we hadn't taken any pictures yet so I had to take one even if it's dark already.

Though it may be a short period or moment but as always, spending time with loved ones would always reunite and restrengthen the bond and love they have for one another.
