Hello, dear hiver!❤️
—Stake your tokens in the second layer of Hive
—Second layer? What's that?
— It's Hive Engine.
This is how my curiosity began about this part of Hive that I was unaware of until a few months ago. A friend in a chat told me about her, I was very curious because I like to know the platforms where she interacted daily, as well as earn cryptos.
But, what is Hive Engine?
It is known as the second layer of Hive, where each community can create its own tokens, which you can exchange for others available on the Hive Engine website, including the Hive crypto.
However, not only communities have opportunities in this interesting interface, anyone who wants to be part of it can do so.
So, today we'll talk about the basics.
Market
I want to tell you about my discoveries that have been useful to me. And let's start with the market. If you know about trading, or have made some exchanges, buying and selling cryptos, and if in addition to that, you love to accumulate opportunities in this blockchain world, this section of the interface is for you.
We can support the projects, or accumulate cryptos like LEO, BUZZ, or whatever you want.
Wallet
It's the one I use the most, I confess. In it I can see all the tokens that I have earned within Hive by activity on the web. The first time I saw it I was surprised to have so many coins. That's why I want to share it with you, maybe you have $50 in LEO, or WAIV, and you don't know it.
When I entered I was surprised to have $5 in them.
Additionally, this section has several options such as deposit, trade, and stake.
Buy Hive? Where do I do it?
You can use Hive Engine to deposit other cryptos like BCH, BTC, DOGE, LTC, and others to buy Hive or any available crypto.
It is also a useful option when you cannot use wallets like Binance to be able to change your currencies to one with which to have your funds. It's something I usually do, I transfer my money to Hive Engine, to exchange them to Bolívares easily.
—Stake your tokens and earn money from it
—How do I do it?
—Go Stake
What happens in Stake is that you lock a part of the crypto you have obtained, it can be partial or total, all at your own discretion.
The objective of this is to generate interest. To do this, we click on the padlock, and then we choose the currency and amount to freeze. And ready. You will be able to see the amounts in the Stake column.
You can also release these funds by clicking on the open lock next to it. And that's it, you will use your funds as you like.
Do you have LEO? You can exchange it for Hive, or HBD, and trade is the option you need.
Simply click on those two opposite arrows, and you will have the trade interface available. You choose the crypto, and go to the bottom to buy and sell.
If you want to get Hive, and from Hive to HBD, you will come across SWAP.HIVE. When you exchange your Leo, WAIV, or any other tokens you will get the SWAP.HIVE currency. But don't worry, here I tell you what to do.
We leave Hive Engine, and enter BeeSwap
Now we will go to another platform called BeeSwap. A while ago I didn't know how to transform my SWAP.HIVE into HBD. Until browsing the web I found this platform part of Hive.
You enter it with your username and password, you will find the Convert section, in which you will see that you can change them to Hive, just click on max, and then on convert. And you will have your Hive available in the wallet that we know so well.
But, I want to change my Hive to HBD.
Very easy, enter the Hive wallet. I like to use the Ecency interface to create my posts and manipulate the wallet, in both Hive and Peakd the process is similar.
You go to the wallet, in your Hive, click on exchange token, it will open the internal Hive market where you select the amount to exchange and that's it, you will get your HBD.
As you will see, manipulating Hive Engine is simple, you can also complement its operation with other interfaces.
I invite you to use it, and also to give your knowledge in comments. This way we all learn more about our beloved platform, Hive.

good overview. we will see which of these projects will become real pillars of the ecosystem
!bbh
That's right, for now, I see that LEO is doing very well.
Thank you so much for reading! :)
¡Hola, @zulfrontado !
Gracias por leer Vic!
