I want to delegate X sp to @user
Where X is the amount of SP and @user is the steem user you want to delegate to. For example:
I want to delegate 100 sp to @india-leo
@tipU will answer with a delegation link. Hope this helps!:)

ok, so you'll create a link specifically to delegate. I see you have SP and mention steem...are you saying I could ask you to delegate LEO to a user and you'd create a specific link for that transaction? That's cool...requires trust that your link is what you say it is, but helpful.
