SSG Stackers Engagement Initiative #6 - 5 HSBI For Grabs - Winners & New Question

Silver gold stackers engagement initiative (1).png

It's that time of the week again!

Week 5 of the initiative has already come to an end, we're up to week 6 now!

Last week, I wrote this post with a question that seemed to be a no-brainer and all answers were in the line of expectations because of course everyone would pick financial security over holding on to your most precious silver or gold piece forever.

Thank you again to everyone who joined another week, I really love seeing your comments pop up there! I really enjoy reading all your comments!

Winner winner, chicken dinner!

This week I'm going to reward everyone showing up again as I'm happy to share the HSBI shares with my fellow stackers while I continue to build my own stake. So let's tag you all and hopefully see you again with a new answer this week.

@kerrislravenhill, @kunschj, @coinjoe, @saffisara, @bulliontools, @thebighigg, @dbooster, @beststart, @silverd510, @silversaver888, @ironshield, @bitcoinman, @stekene, you will all receive a HSBI share shortly..

I will send out the shares after publishing and leave a comment with the screenshot after it's done. Let's build these HSBI shares together :)

This week's question

Let's see which question I picked for this week:

Silver gold stackers engagement initiative question week 6.png

My own answer

That's a simple one to answer for me personally because as far as I know, I have not inspired anyone to start stacking yet. I simply have not collected enough myself to write about. It's possible that I don't know about it but logically, I didn't.

It's true that every time a silver coin arrives, my boyfriend and daughter are in awe too so I may have inspired them a little bit to start loving my stacking journey a bit more but that's about it.

Looking forward to the answers

You can answer in a comment below or write your own post if you have a bigger story to tell, whatever you prefer. I'm just asking to leave a comment below if you wrote a separate post so I won't overlook the post next week when picking the winners for the HSBI shares.

I'm going to tip the comment section as well and if you like, you can invite another stacker to join the fun by sending them here, this way they also have a change to get a HSBI share.

Have a lovely Sunday everyone!

Thanks for the shares.

Not sure about stacking, but I got my youngest son started in collecting coins. I just gave him his first silver round to start a stack the other day. Its up to him from here.

Thank you so much for the HSBI 🙏

Wow.. That was a hard question this time, I honestly don't know if I inspired People with my stacking posts. Especially since I haven't made as many as others have.
I know some comments been sweet and that they didn't know about that coin and Will look it up.
Guess if I found unique ones some been saying it.

But hopefully I inspired someone 😁 lol
I been inspired by others and YOU inspired me in ways to just by being YOU 🤗❤️🤗

You're very welcome <3

It seems at the very least you have a good eye for spotting nice coins!

So much inspiration here on the platform, you are also one of them!

Thanks for the #freecompliments <3

Well I think so as I only buy silver that really can't let me stop thinking about them 😁 lol
I love the unique ones and coins with beautiful details.

It took me a while to find my nich, but I have and today I am proud of my stack 😉👍

Much love 🤗❤️🤗

I get that, I personally don't see me buying up some silver coins just for the value only, at least not yet. I have other goals to work on and as long as the financial situation remains as it is, I will only allow myself to pick up a sweet one here and there rather than stacking just for the value. BUT that doesn't mean I will not do so if I happen to bounce on a great deal.. never say never..

You should be proud indeed <3

Happy Sunday and hugs!

I hear you there, and honestly what I need to focus on is getting myself some regular coins that is easy to sell and junk coins 😜 lol
I have very little of that.. Lol

I have some expensive ones that is amazing, but many of the collection I have are pretty ok in price.
Like silver shield is my biggest collection and they have many beautiful ones and I love that every coin comes with a quote.

Much love 🥰

Thanks for the hsbi!
I am quite sure I would have to answer 'no' to both questions as I am still finding my own way in stacking. BUT, I am definitely one who got inspired by the ssg community on Hive.
Can't name someone in particular, but there are multiple persons who got me inspired here. So kudos to the ssg community, you're all awesome!

You're welcome, thanks for showing up :)

I can only agree with the inspired by the community part. I remember as early as the Steemit days that I was intrigued and had interest in starting the stacking journey myself, yet I was still building up a life from scratch and no funds to do so. I had to powerdown most I earned for a long time to get through the month.

They are an amazing bunch, and it's great to be part of it.

Have a great weekend, and thanks for the tip!

First of thank you for the share.
Now I’d say yes and no to that answer. I started out as a coin collector as a child. I have a vast knowledge of coins. So I’d say yes because I believe that I’ve inspired stackers to not only stack for weight but also to buy numismatic coins as well. I’ve also introduced several people to hand poured silver which they didn’t know about or had very little exposure to. But as far as taking a non stacker and turning them into a stacker I’m not quite sure if I have done that or not in the seven years I’ve been on this platform, maybe @saffisara because I believe she got her first silver from me. But I guess if somebody comments that I did, then I’m happy to have inspired them.

You're welcome!

Oh so you've been into collecting since childhood, how cool! I remember starting a stamp collection at some point but I lost interest before I ever found something amazing, lol.

It's pretty cool that you've been doing this for a long time as your knowledge picked up over the years is a huge advantage.

It could be true about @saffisara as she mentioned in this to me too that she received her first silver piece from you at the time.

Either way, thanks for commenting and wishing you a good last bit of the weekend :)

I got my dad to buy a tube of silver rounds, and I got my son interested in coins with some copper coins and a single silver Cook Island HMS Bounty. That's about it. I don't usually talk about it with people in person, since I prefer to not make myself a potential burglary target. 😆

Thanks, @thisismylife, I appreciate the HSBI share.

My answer is similar to yours, in that I have talked to my family about collecting silver and they are always excited to see what I am able to purchase.

I may be close with my son-in-law. He works for General Motors and will be getting his annual profit share, so I will try to encourage him to start purchasing some silver.

I expect that once he starts, he will do so consistently.

I really appreciate the shares. Thank you!

The one person that I feel best about inspiring to get into stacking is my son. I had no idea about it until I helped him move a couple of years ago, and he had a box of silver in his safe. He never mentioned it before that.

I know that a second person I might have inspired is a nephew. I know that I inspired him, but I'm not sure how far he went with it. Recently he mentioned to me that he still had a silver dime sealed in a card that I gave him at a wedding reception. I had a bunch of these "End the Fed" cards with silver dimes back during a Ron Paul presidential campaign, and I gave quite a few out at a wedding I attended.

I inspired another nephew when we lived near him. I got him into DOGE, LITE, and silver. I was always nervous about his silver because he bought generic rounds at a flea market. I worried that he might have a bunch of silver-coated lead. At the time, I was only stacking Constitutional silver and gold. He sold all his crypto long before either had a bull run. I think he still has his silver.

Two of my brothers-in-law stack, and I believe I started before either one, but neither has ever mentioned that I inspired them. Maybe I'll ask them. We're all getting together next week and I plan to give each 5 Goldbacks as belated Christmas gifts.

That is something I can't quantify and won't really know who or how many people I've inspired Stacking. I got my Nieces and nephews started as Christmas gifts of coins in their favorite themes, like Pandas, Orcas, super heroes, and Star Wars for example. There was even a time when the Stacking ladies got together regularly on YouTube live streams. In that sense we support one another. Who knows what other ladies or men listened in. At least I had my own Channel to share my fun acquisitions at the time and became part of the TY Stacking community.

As you know from last weeks post I did influence one person to start stacking.
I know a few others that have at least purchased silver but have not continued
stacking. I don't know if anyone else is stacking because of my influence but
I will keep working on it.

I have dedicated my blog to inspiring and encouraging others to be financially independent and then to stack precious metals. 😍
Whether they are listening or not, I don't really care, 😜hehehe! I benefited from what I heard from others, and I am doing the same thing.
I know I have not converted anyone in my circle of friends because I stopped talking about precious metals to them after the second month I started stacking. 🤪
And I bet you, no one would admit that they were inspired by someone, let alone by me, hahaha 😂!
(And it takes humility to admit that!)
I guess everyone in Hive has been stackers forever!

Thank you for the HSBI, @thisismylife . That's very generous of you!

Haha, they weren't interested were they?

My boyfriend doesn't care much either (yet) but I don't care what he says, he let's me do it either way and I'm just happy that I have my youngest her interest already, so she will most likely follow my example anyway, haha.

You were one of the people that inspired me back on Steemit though (on my old account) because I loved how you ladies were into stacking @kerrislravenhill and @saffisara .. I saw you had a lot of fun sharing the silver.. so there you have one to admit it! :)

On top of that, many others have been inspiring here on Hive in general as well as in this community in terms of the silver journey. I love learning from everyone's mistakes as well as reading the personal stories..

I was very late answering this nice comment but I found out thanks to my compilation post which will be live soon. Sorry for the delay!

Hi! Glad to see you are still active after all this years! (Just got back recently from a long hiatus)

About the question.

For both it's no. I'm not staking gold nor silver, it's hard to get money for savings or investments when you life paycheck to paycheck.

Hopefully things are getting better so maybe I too will join the silver club.

And about you inspiring others, defining it can be tricky because you didn't inspire me to go and buy silver immediately, but your post gave me a brief daydreaming about collecting it, where would I put then, how could I use it for decorating.. so I consider this inspiring just not in the same way you described.
