We are in the final week of Sunflower Land's main event: the Chapters. Every three months, this Web3 farming game receives a major update featuring new mechanics and objectives. Throughout this period, players strive to earn event tickets, aiming to either bid in auctions or exchange their tickets for one of the key SFTs at the Stella Shop as the event draws to a close.
With only a week remaining, most players have already gathered the necessary tickets and secured either an auction item or a Stella Shop item. The focus of this chapter—titled "Salt Awakening"—was the sea, introducing a new "Salt" mechanic to the game.
Participants in Chapter 14 (Salt Awakening) had a few key objectives over the three-month period. The first was to obtain the season's best mutant, the Salt Crystal Flower—a relatively simple task, given the massive number minted. Next, players aimed to collect enough tickets to acquire an item from either the auction or the Stella Shop. Finally, gathering tickets also earned points on the chapter track, allowing players to aim for Level 40—the highest tier on the track.

The first player objective—one that relies heavily on luck—involves the "mutants." It is hard to know if you will manage to get even one of them during the entire season, as the odds of obtaining a mutant are not publicly disclosed anywhere. There is only speculation—for instance, that flowers with longer growth times or higher-level animals offer a better chance of yielding a mutant.
During this season, players who owned chickens had the chance to obtain a Flamingo Chicken, which reduces time by 2.5%—a rather underwhelming bonus. There were also fish collectibles available; while the standard versions were obtainable, the buffed versions were nearly impossible to get. Additionally, we saw the Spa Cow and Spa Sheep, indicating a clear "spa" theme for the event.
Finally, many players managed to get at least one Salt Crystal Flower; the drop rates for this item seemed extremely high—I even got a few myself. This high supply means the item will likely have a low market value, despite it being the best mutant in terms of its buff.
Regarding quantities, nearly 26,000 Salt Crystal Flowers were minted, followed by the Flamingo Chicken (almost 3,500), the Spa Cow (658), and finally the Spa Sheep (504). Those who participated in the event secured a great flower SFT for their collection; even if you weren't lucky enough to get one, the item's high supply suggests it will be very affordable on the marketplace.
Now, let's look at what players who actively participated in the event were really eyeing: the SFTs. Intermediate players focused primarily on either the Deep Sea Salt Cave Background or the Bubble Aura—both very interesting items, though they serve different purposes.
For players looking to level up their character's XP, sautéed fish are a great alternative, and the +5 Salt bonus is excellent for this. Keep in mind that during Chapter 14, all VIP players receive +2 Salt, though this bonus will end soon. Furthermore, with the new requirements for withdrawing Flower, finding ways to gain XP to reach level 100 has become increasingly important.
For those aiming to acquire seasonal fish, the Fish Market is essential for catching specific fish using bait; the Bubble Aura—which grants a 20% chance to catch an extra fish from the Fish Market—is a particularly interesting option. This is especially relevant given that the latest seasonal fish, the Nautilus, is currently selling for $28 due to the difficulty of obtaining these fish.
Regarding quantities, the Bubble Aura has seen a significant number of mints, reaching 688 so far. The Salt Background stands at 1,263 but will likely easily reach 1,600; since it has a higher mint count than the previous season's Corn Hair—and offers a less powerful buff—it is quite possible that it will eventually trade at a price close to or below that of the Corn Hair, which is currently 474 Flower.
Basically, this represents the cost of farming the tickets during the season—without even factoring in the time spent or the fact that the token was more expensive at the start of the season. The situation with the cheapest Stella Shop NFT is really tricky, as the supply seems to matter more than the item's utility.
Unfortunately, I think it's quite likely the same thing will happen to the Background as happened with the Hair—I managed to get a Background this season, too—but in a worst-case scenario, I can still use the item to gain +5 Salt and keep increasing my XP.
Finally, there are the auctions—something I haven't participated in yet because I always go for the Stella Shop. Generally, though, they are a bit harder to win than Stella items and start before the chapter ends. But one thing that is definitely attainable is the Chapter Track!
In this chapter, a goal for most players was reaching level 40 on the chapter track; it offered great value, was very easy to achieve, and included some really interesting items. The first item is the bed, which used to be quite hard to get. We also got a Pet along with the bed—whereas in the previous chapter track, the pet was placed at the very end of the track.
Besides these two main items, the chapter track gives between 200 and 300 tickets, which gave some coins, tool chests, some flower tokens, cosmetics, and there was an SFT with a buff, the Shrimp Onesie, which gave +1 random fish every 15 fishing attempts. It was very interesting, and the best part is that you could get it at chapter track level 25. For those who didn't get it, know that they were heavily minted, almost 13,000, so it shouldn't be expensive.
And now the final question: was the chapter worth participating in? Something I noticed is that there are several ways to get event tickets for little flower through bounties and missions, making the final NFT cost as low as possible, which ends up being almost the same as the marketplace price in the worst-case scenario.
In addition, by obtaining these tickets we earn chapter track points, getting the Shrimp Onesie NFT, Bed, and also the PET, not to mention the others. And finally, regarding the mutant, I ended up getting 3 Salt Flowers. And about the Season NFT, I got the Salt Background, which must have cost between 400 and 600 flower, because it has the buff items and also the delivery costs. So I think it's worth participating trying not to spend too much.

Chegando próximo do final, faltando apenas uma semana, a maioria dos jogadores já juntos os tickets necessários e já conseguiu ou algum item dos leilões ou um dos items da Stella. Nesse Chapter, o foco foi no mar, com o capítulo sendo chamado Salt Awakening, em que a nova mecânica de Sal foi adicionada ao jogo.
Para quem participou do Chapter 14 Salt Awakening teve alguns objetivos durante os 3 meses. O primeiro foi conseguir o melhor mutant da season que era a Salt Crystal Flower, o que foi bem simples já que uma quantidade enorme foi mintada. Em seguida era juntar os tickets para conseguir um item do leilão ou da stella shop. E por fim, ao juntar os tickets, ganhava também os pontos do chapter track para buscar o nível 40, que era o melhor nível do chapter track.

O primeiro dos objetivos dos jogadores, é um que depende bastante da sorte, que são os mutants. É difícil de saber se você vai conseguir durante a season inteira ao menos um deles, porque as chances de conseguir um mutant não é divulgada em nenhum lugar. Apenas algumas especulações, como flores de maior tempo ou animais de níveis maiores tem uma chance maior de conseguir um mutant.
Durante essa season, para quem tem galinhas teve a chance de conseguir um Flamingo Chicken que reduz o tempo em 2,5%, o que parece bem ruim. Teve alguns peixes, os colecionáveis era possível de conseguir, mas o com o buff era quase impossível. Além disso tivemos também a Spa Cow e a Spa Sheep, o que já dá para entender que também tivemos essa temática de spa.
Por fim, muitos jogadores conseguiram pelo menos uma Salt Crystal Flower, as chances de ter esse item parece que foram extremamente altas, eu mesmo consegui algumas, o que fará com esse item tenha um valor mínimo, mesmo sendo o melhor dentre todos os mutants com relação ao buff dele.
Sobre as quantidades, o Salt Crystal Flower foram mintados quase 26 mil , seguidos pelo Flamingo Chicken com quase 3500, depois tivemos a Spa Cow com 658 e por fim a Spa Sheep com 504. Agora o que todos os jogadores que participaram ativamente do evento estavam de olho, os SFTs. Para quem é um jogador intermediário o foco estava entre o Deep Sea Salt Cave Background ou o Bubble Aura, sendo ambos muito interessantes, mas para objetivos diferentes.
O jogador que busca upar o XP do personagem, os peixes salteados são uma boa alternativa e para isso +5 de sal é ótimo. Lembrando que durante o chapter 14 todos os jogadores com vip recebera +2 de sal e que vai logo acabar. Ainda, com os novos requisitos para saque de flower, formas de conseguir xp para chegar no nível 100 ficaram mais importantes.
Agora para quem pensa em conseguir os peixes da temporada o fish market é fundamental para pegar os peixes específicos com as iscas, fazendo a bubble aura que dá 20% de chance de +1 peixe do fish market ser bem interessante. Até porque o último peixe de temporada o Nautilus está atualmente sendo vendido por $28, porque é difícil conseguir esses peixes.
Agora sobre as quantidades, o Bubble aura teve até bastante mint com 688 até o momento. Já o Salt Background está com 1263, mas facilmente deve chegar em 1600 sendo mais mint do que o Corn Hair da última season e um buff não tão bom, então é bem possível que ele seja comercializado depois de um tempo por um valor próximo ou abaixo do Corn Hair que está 474 Flower.
Isso significa basicamente o preço que custou farmar os tickets durante a season, sem contar o tempo gasto e nem que o token estava mais caro no início da season. Está realmente complicado essa questão do NFT mais barato do Stella Shop, porque o supply está importando mais do que a utilidade do item.
Acho bem provável que aconteça o mesmo do Hair com o background, infelizmente, porque eu acabei conseguindo também um Background nessa season, só que no pior cenário eu ainda posso usar o item para conseguir +5 salt e ir aumentando o XP.
Por fim, temos os leilões que é algo que eu ainda não participei por sempre ir na Stella Shop, mas geralmente são um pouco mais difíceis de conseguir do que os items da Stella e começam antes do fim do capítulo. Mas sobre algo que dá para conseguir é o Chapter Track!
Nesse capítulo um objetivo da maioria dos jogadores foi o nível 40 do chapter track, que tinha um ótimo custo benefício, sendo muito fácil de se alcançado e com items bem interessantes. O primeiro item é a cama que no passado era bem difícil de conseguir. Ainda, tivemos um Pet junto da cama, o que no último chapter track estava no final do capítulo.
Além desses dois items principais, o chapter track dá uns 200 a 300 tickets do evento, dá algumas moedas, baús de ferramenta, alguns flower tokens, cosméticos e teve um SFT com buff o Shrimp Onesie que dá +1 peixe aleatório a cada 15 pescas, muito interessante e o melhor é que você conseguia ele no nível 25 do chapter track. Para quem não conseguir saiba que foram muito mintados quase 13000 então não deve ser caro.
E agora a pergunta final será que o capítulo valeu a pena de participar? Algo que eu percebi é que tem diversas formas de conseguir tickets do evento pagando pouco flower através dos bounties e das missões, fazendo com que o custo do NFT final seja o mínimo possível o que acaba sendo quase o valor do marketplace no pior cenário.
Além disso, ao obter esses tickets ganhamos pontos do chapter track, conseguindo o NFT Shrimp Onesie, Bed e também o PET, sem contar os outros. E por fim, sobre o mutant acabei conseguindo 3 Salt Flower. E sobre o NFT da Season, consegui o Salt Background, que deve ter custado entre 400 a 600 flower, porque tem os items de buff e também o custo das entregas. Então acho que vale participar buscando não gastar muito.
