What are Lands in Axie Infinity?

Among them, players have access to a portion of the total supply—I believe 1/4 of the supply for each land type, with the exception of the Center and Map.

In the Axie Infinity marketplace, we have a total supply of 16,886 lands, with 293 owners, with an average of 6 land plots per user. An interesting fact is that the price of Land in dollars is usually quite stable, but recently, with the rise of Ethereum, the amount of ETH each Land costs has dropped. This is evident in the Floor Price chart, which in recent days has gone from 0.10 ETH to 0.065 ETH, now with Ethereum at an all-time high.

What are the benefits of owning Land?

The first and most direct benefit of owning a Land on Axie Infinity's Lunacia map is the Daily Earnable AXS. This is the amount of AXS that the Land produces daily by completing certain requirements within the Homeland game. The higher the rarity of the Land, the greater the amount of AXS it produces. For example, a Savannah Land generates 0.043 AXS per day, while a Forest Land generates 0.139 AXS per day, a little over 3x more.

If we were to look at the market prices of these Lands, we might wonder why Forest, even though it generates more than 3x, is close to 2x the price of Savannah. This is where the second benefit comes in: XP. Each Land can stake some Axies to gain experience, so the more lands, the more Axies the player can evolve and then sell these leveled Axies on the marketplace.

Another benefit is the Premium Bounty Board. In it, you can receive quests related to the Axie Infinity Homeland game. Owning at least one Land allows you to complete Homeland-related quests, such as visiting a plot, producing materials, crafting an item, and completing Moonfall quests. This is another way to gain a little extra luck, as you receive tickets as a chance to win AXS.

What is the Future of Lands in Axie Infinity?

Development of Axie Infinity Lands began in 2021 in Phase 1, with the launch of an alpha version for land owners to play, collect, and initially use the game's resources. Later, Phase 2 added some features to the game, which have already begun to be implemented, such as delegating Land to friends or scholarships, and other ways to earn AXS. Phase 3 will focus primarily on tokenomics, including buffs, in-game purchases, and more.

Finally, Phase 4, which, according to the schedule, should be completed by 2026, is scheduled to take place. An interesting detail is Dungeon Battles, which I believe it will be implemented alongside Atia's Legacy, as there will be a system for defeating dungeons in the lands. Furthermore, it makes perfect sense for this phase to focus on game accessibility, with the move to mobile and apps and improved onboarding, precisely when the Axie MMO's big bet is coming.

Essa única utilização é até o momento, porque já foi comentado nos blogs oficiais que os NFTs e Lands terão utilidade no Axie MMO, com especulações sobre Dungeon e possível coleta de recursos.

Essa é uma quantidade de AXS que a Land produz diariamente ao concluir certos requisitos dentro do jogo do Homeland, quanto maior for a raridade da Land, maior é a quantidade de AXS que ela produz. Se fossemos observar os preços dessas Lands no mercado, poderíamos estranhar o porque a Forest mesmo gerando mais de 3x, está próximo de 2x do preço da Savannah. Cada Land pode colocar alguns Axies em Stake para ganhar experiência, então quanto mais lands, mais axies o jogador poderá evoluir e depois colocar esses axies upados para vender no marketplace.

Outro benefício é com relação ao Premium Bounty Board. Nele como é possível acabar vindo missões relacionados ao jogo do Axie Infinity Homeland, ao ter pelo menos uma Land já te habilita realizar essas quests relacionados ao Homeland, por exemplo visitar um plot, produzir materiais, craftar um item e completar missões do Moonfall que é uma outra forma de ganhar um pouco mais na sorte já que você recebe tickets como uma chance de ganhar AXS.

Qual é o Futuro das Lands no Axie?
