Things I love about Hive.

I have already celebrated my 7^th Hive Birthday last December and I can say being in Hive and in crypto space for more than 7 years make me a veteran of some kind here. Also in another note if I am still in Hive after 7 long years that also shows that how robust and reliable this blockchain is and how much dedicated userbase Hive has that many users are active here even after 10 years of the activity. In al these years, Developers and user keep enhancing the blockchain, new projects are developed, some got successful, some got shelved but there is never a period of lull in Hive.

To be honest, Hive might not reached to the expected market capitalization that I envisioned 7 year ago but as for it's utility , user interaction, tokenization on second layer ,game developments , dapps development, free transactions and ability of user to earn in this blockchain is quite impressive. I can say without doubt that Hive is underrated for it offerings and it has potential to capture much broader userbase.

So everyone has its own favorites based on their likes and dislike and here are my top 3 things that I like on Hive.

1. I own my account and money.

Just think that popular social media just suspend your account as they do not agree with your views or they just deactivate your account on their own as you are active in their platform last 180 days, removing all subscription, money earned on that account? I am not assuming hypothetical situation here, this is happening and happened to me also where Publish0x just suspended my account for 180 days of activities and stripping the balance to 0.
I am happy that I am in Hive as I do not lost a single penny from my account due to inactivity and also get "Interest" on Hive power /HBD in savings.

2. Transaction on Hive are free and fast.

In a courier world when service is fast ,you need to pay premium but in Hive it is both fast and free. Tell me who will not love this "fast" and "free" service.

3. I enjoyed playing games.

I played lot of games in Hive and really enjoyed my time in playing those games. I also earned while playing those game that is actually cherry on the top.

4. I enjoy earning in Hive for my efforts.

My Hivestats shows me that I have earned more than 12000 Hive for my author effort and I also rewarded more than 4750 Hive to other authors for their author efforts. Earning and helping others to earn is just a great perspective of the Hive that I really love. Hive allow the authors to reward their readers (actually reader interacting through comment) is also a great concept where it foster the user to interact, speak their mind and further engage with author is actually great.

Hive is Hope.

I consider Hive is hope to may of the issues that we are facing currently like Censored media, high transaction fess, depending upon payment gateways to transfer your money and not able to to showcase your talent as you either get censored or slapped with some absurd terms and conditions, payments, commissions or cuts to use them. Maybe it is not perfect for your every need but it is perfect decentralized media that is able to handle most of the needs and issue we are experiencing currently.
