A Strategy Using the Earth Deck

Today I'm going to talk about the Flesh Golem card, so join me on this brief journey of knowledge in Splinterlands.

Strategies are essential in battles in Splinterlands, and when it comes to battles with little mana available, the Flesh Golem will be a great ally if you combine it with the summoner Scarred Llama Mage.

Now let's get to know these two incredible cards, I'll start with the Flesh Golem.

This is the Flesh Golem, a common Earth Deck card that costs 6 mana to use in battles. The Flesh Golem has melee attacks and 2 abilities.

The abilities that the Flesh Golem possesses are: Heal and Void.

Heal: Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down).

I like this ability because it helps the monster survive longer in battle or even avoid defeat.

Void: 50% less damage (rounded up) from magic attacks or 0 damage from magic attacks of 1 power.

Monsters with magic attacks are powerful, so this is a great defense against them.

The Flesh Golem may seem like a card that isn't very strong, but when you combine it with Scarred Llama Mage, you'll see the power of this card.

Now let's get to know Scarred Llama Mage.

This is Scarred Llama Mage, a legendary summoner from the Earth Deck that has 3 functions in battle.

  • Increase the life points of allied monsters in battle by +2.

  • Grant the Last Stand ability to allied monsters in battle.

  • Apply Cleanse once per round to the allied monster positioned in the first position.

My strategy with these two cards is simple: I only use Scarred Llama Mage and Flesh Golem in battles with low mana available, and Flesh Golem will receive the Last Stand ability and become a very powerful card.

Last Stand: +50% to all stats and current health (rounded up) if no other allied units remain on the team.

The perfect battle is when you have 13 mana available; this is enough for you to use Scarred Llama Mage and Flesh Golem. With this low amount of mana available, your chances of being defeated are low.

I recommend using this strategy when the battle has less than 20 mana available.

Now I'll talk about the Arcade Colony platform. On it, you'll find the games: Splinterlands, Moon Karts, StakeHouse Den, and Genesis League Goals.

For those unfamiliar with Arcade Colony, it's owned by Invennium Corp. Arcade Colony is a platform for arcades and video games with a functional economy based on a governance token, "COLONY", and a product-backed stablecoin called "SCRIPT".

Invennium Corp. is a 100% subsidiary of Splinterlands.
