I enjoy reading, and I make time for it every day. I try to read some blogs and news articles every day on the Internet, and I do it because I want to learn new things. There are a lot of labels on the Internet to read and learn that we can grab only if we give it some time, so this time is like an investment in knowledge.

I came across a website this week called the Bitcoin Retirement Calculator. It is an interesting concept, so I thought of checking it more and tried with different figures, which look nice. So basically, this website can tell you how much Bitcoin is needed for you to get your retirement at a certain age. The link for this website is- https://btcretirementcalculator.vercel.app/, and it's easy to use. There is no login or registration required.

So, for example, I am checking here for 0.1 at the age of 30 years.

I share more details about it on the page below, where I am assuming that my retirement is 60 and my life expectancy age is 80 with an inflation of 5%. The Bitcoin I'm keeping is 0.1, and my monthly expense at retirement would be $10,000 a month. So it says that 0.1 Bitcoin is good enough for my retirement.

Now let me change some of the figures in the form below and see what it says. Now I have kept everything the same except the Bitcoin holding, which is now 0.05 Bitcoin, and even in this case, it says that this holding is good enough for retirement.

Let's take another example where I have reduced the Bitcoin holding, but other figures are the same, and it is saying that 0.03 Bitcoin is not enough for retirement.

You can visit the website and try out with different numbers that you like, and there is no guarantee of how it is going to perform and how much it is going to be. Maybe there is some logic and reasoning behind this calculation, and on the basis of that, it can be true, but please do not take it as any kind of confirmation, and it is more of an experiment that you can do and plan your Bitcoin investment accordingly. Different individuals will have different requirements, and the end goal is retirement. And there is also an option where you can show how much you are investing in BTC in terms of dollar value.
