NB Our physical body does experience it's reactions to adversity but it does not have to become stress in the soul. Which is what you are saying. The book 'Letters to Freya' was where I first heard of this phenomenon.

Thank you for taking the time to read my humble thoughts on what sometimes seems like a small thing.
I haven't read the book, but I think different people in different circumstances can experience this and come to a common opinion :)
