Successful people read a lot for personal growth
Knowledge is very important and every successful person knows this very well. This is why they do a lot of reading and try to keep themselves up to date with lots of information. Reading provides a lot of advantages. It not only improves our knowledge but it also provides additional advantages like improving our focus and memory.
Having an interest on personal growth is a very common feature seen in successful people. Books are the best source of knowledge and that's how successful people find way to increase their knowledge. When it comes to reading, learning some new skills or getting to know about something new is also good. Success people try to pick some good things from books and try to implement that in their day to day regular works. Personal growth is a slow process. If we are in the right direction, we should be able to achive greater things.
Simulate the mind
Some books are really very nice. We cannot resist reading them once started. The main reason is because it creates a big impact on our mind and the overall process is excellent. If we want to do what exactly a rich person would be doing, it would be better to obverse them and if obverving them physically is not a thing, then I think it is good to get all the knowledge from some authentic books.
The brain has a greater capacity and whenever we have a need to grab more knowledge it can be done. It is also good to feed our brain with Free, Fresh and usable knowledge.
Reading from other individuals
This is one of the best strategies. If someone wants to do some amazing things they can go ahead and do it. Reading biographies is a great thing. Sometimes people might have crossed the same path with a lot of people like to learn from the msitakes of others which is a very important because our learning process will be faster and we don't have to worry about our success.
Following the footprints of others to become successful person is a good thing but at the same time we have to be also very careful that we are not doing the mistakes they did. Maybe life for us might be a little different compared to others. It is good to find out which one suits us the best.

Reading and keeping yourself informed brings knowledge and creativity altogether. In my case while I am reading stuff, my mind starts depicting articles and offers great source of inspiration.
