Air purifier and Humidifier
They say it is very important to have a good night's sleep. But if our room is surrounded by a lot of dust particles and the air we breathe does not have enough humidity, then it is again not good for our health. People living in a natural environment with lots of ventilation may not have this problem. Even if the air is polluted in general, as long as it is natural with lots of oxygen, it may not be a big problem, but living in a closed room with lots of dust can invite a lot of problems.
This is one of the biggest reasons why we need an air purifier. The need for a Humidifier comes into place if we are an AC user. In places like India, especially during the summer season, we choose an Air conditioner to make the room temperature cool enough to sleep. These AC devices reduce the moisture content in the air to keep it cool. This is very dangerous for our lungs. Breathing with less humidity can create a lot of stress on our lungs and can lead to lung-related diseases.
For people who are living in coastal regions, this may not be a problem because there will still be enough moisture in the air because ofthe high volume of humidity. But if we forcefully remove the humidity from the air with the help of an AC system, then it will dry our nose, throat, and lungs and ultimately lead to many problems. Recently, a message was going viral on social media channels saying that we should have a bucket full of water in the AC rooms to increase the humidity of the air.
Many scientists and learned individuals have confirmed that this may not be very helpful. We might think that water evaporates and adds more humidity to the air, but it only works on direct water vapor. So it is better to get a humidifier instead of keeping a bucket full of water, which can attract other problems to the house, like infections and contaminations.
Now, coming to air purification, I think that has also become a necessity because of the pollution we currently have. If we don't have enough ventilation, there is also a possibility of having lots of dust circulating inside the house. But I'm not sure how far an Air purifier would be suitable to take away the dust from all corners of the room. From my perspective, I believe that it might be capable of removing the dust from the corner where it is placed, but how about other corners? This is an open question for me which needs more clarity. But otherwise, there is no doubt that it is a good thing to have an air purifier and a Humidifier. Today, there are devices available that can do both jobs together.

I can remember then I my Nursing Degree classes, one of the function of the nose is purification of Air, second, humidification. Etc..
When the air we breath in has a lot of particles it's create a much work on the nerve senses in the nose and thereafter gives much work load to our lungs.
This is one of the primary courses of malfunction in the lungs and every other underlying ill Health condition can start from there...
This is an amazing and educative as well..
we have like 90% of humidity in the night, keeping windows slightly open is good enough, no need for AC
as for air purifier, you would need a serious one i guess, one per room

The air purifier is actually a very good invention especially where there is a lot of air pollution
I think I will need to do in-depth research about how this Air purifier works
It is important that we learn about these sort of information, the number of homes using AC over here is increasing significantly, but I don't think a lot of people understand the need for a purifier and humidifier.
