I share weekly Hive Lease details with you and I always try my best to find the best opportunities to lease Hive at the best possible price.

Keep in mind that the APR changes every day and I want to mention again that the APR for Hive Lease depends heavily on the price. Compared to last week the Hive Lease APR has changed quite a lot this week.

We are seeing increased volatility in the market. Bitcoins price is continuously rising and at the time of writing it is equal to $78191 which has been showing a bullish trend over the past few days.

If I talk about Hive it has also dropped significantly compared to last week. These ups and downs are what primarily determine lease prices in the #Hive-Engine.

I remember when Hive’s price was around 19 cents and at that time I was getting HP Lease at approximately 9.5% APR. But currently what Im seeing is only 7.99% APR.

Compared to last week this APR has fallen even further which is providing an excellent opportunity for users to lease HP at a lower price and increase their curation power and influence within the Hive ecosystem.

What happens when we lease HP at a low APR? There are two major benefits...

First your chances of making profit increase because when you lease at a low APR and then use that HP for curation you may eventually notice that the profit you earn is greater than the APR you paid for the lease.

Second there are longterm benefits. Lets say Hive price rises from here to $0.50. That would mean Hive value increased almost 9–10 times. At that point the profit you earn would become significantly larger. The quantity of Hive remains the same but because the price increases the value of your earnings could become nine times higher.

The third benefit is that leasing HP increases your influence in the ecosystem. Your voting power becomes stronger and once you start proper curation it helps increase your followers significantly. Your engagement improves and people begin to appreciate your presence more.

The process of leasing HP is very simple.. First log in to your Hive Engine account. At the top right corner you will see the Lease option. Simply click that button and it will take you to a new interface where you will see different APR percentages.

Now you have two options,
Either request a lease or lease your HP to another user.

If you want to lease HP choose “Request to Lease” fill out the form and submit your request.

If you want to fulfill an existing lease then simply click “Fill” and complete your transaction through Hive Keychain to lease out your HP.

This is a very easy way to both lease and lend HP.
