These days the price fluctuation of Hive has a direct effect on HP lease. A few weeks ago when I checked the lease APR was above 8.5% but now the situation has changed a lot. Currently the lease APR is around 7.96% which in my opinion is a very reasonable and attractive rate.

In the crypto market such moments often come which are called a golden chance and I believe this is that time. Especially for those who want to take HP lease this time is very suitable. When APR is below 8% it means you can get more power at a lower cost.

Why LEASE APR is down? The biggest reason for this is that when Hive price goes down user activity also becomes low. When activity is low demand also becomes low.

According to my recent calculation if I request a 20K HP lease for 4 weeks I will have to pay only 40 HIVE per week. This cost is quite low if you see it from the curation rewards perspective.

Now if you want to take HP lease and don’t know the process I will explain it shortly in a simple way and few steps..

First, you have to log in to Hive Engine. After login there is a “Lease” option on the top left side.. click on it.

After that an interface will appear where you will see different lease offers with different APR rates. From here you can get an idea of the market.

Then click on “Request a Lease.” Here you have to fill some details like how much HP you want for how long and at what APR you want to request. Try to keep your APR close to the current market. This increases the chances that your request will be filled quickly.

Once your lease is completed then you can start your curation activity. You earn rewards by voting on posts which slowly builds your earnings. More then that your friendship will get an increase in the platform. A good process for account growth.

In my view this is a strong opportunity for those who want to take HP lease. I am also thinking for it...
