Hello to a new day, friends. After a beautiful day in Gebze, I was filled with the joy of visiting Eskihisar Beach and Eskihisar Castle. When I woke up in the morning, I said goodbye to my family and returned home. As soon as I returned to Istanbul, I quickly finished my work and wanted to spend some time for myself. In order to get away from the chaos of the city, I decided to go to Aydos Forest in Sultanbeyli, which is not far from my home.
Aydos Forest is one of the rare places in Istanbul where you can be alone with nature. While walking in the shade of tall trees, I was fascinated by the magic of nature with the chirping of birds and the gentle breeze of the wind. My first stop on my walking route was Aydos Lake, which fascinates people with its tranquility. As I walked around the lake, the reflections dancing on the water and the peaceful view of the trees took me to a completely different world. It was wonderful to listen to the sound of nature here, clear my mind with every step and surrender myself to the serenity of nature.
As I continued my walk, I moved towards the historical texture of Aydos Castle. This castle, which bears the traces of centuries, merges with the natural beauties around it, defying time. Climbing up to the castle and watching the view of Istanbul gave me a moment filled with the magic of both the past and nature. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and walking in this place where nature and history meet was really good for my soul.
After my walk, I stopped to take a breather at a facility by the lake. Sitting in the middle of nature, facing the lake, sipping a hot coffee and taking a short break with delicious snacks was one of the most enjoyable moments of this trip. As I sat facing the peaceful view and watched the serenity of the lake, I realized once again how valuable it is to be in touch with the beauties of nature.
This time I spent in Aydos Forest was a truly relaxing escape for me. I immortalized the beauties of nature with my camera and added unforgettable memories to my memory. If you are going to visit Istanbul or live in Istanbul and want to find some peace in the arms of nature, definitely visit Aydos Forest. The pleasure of walking here, spending time by the lake and finding yourself in this special place where history and nature meet is completely different.
As long as time allows me, I continue to travel and discover new places and I share this on this beautiful platform. You can follow me and read my new articles and travel stories. Best regards to all.
