Come with me on a beach venture. Where the sand is soft, the sea is clear, and every breeze brings a little happiness. Let’s submerge in the sun and enjoy the beauty of the shore together!
It was weekend when everything felt a little too quiet. We were craving the comfort of the ocean air and the relaxing tone of waves meeting the shore. We just wanted to be near the sea, even just for a short while. That’s when my husband had an idea of a staycation. But we didn’t want to deal with crowded highways or hours of travel. He grabbed his phone, did a quick search. He found the perfect spot, right on the iconic Palm Jumeirah. The drive itself was short. The kind of thrill that builds up when you know something extraordinary is just around the corner. As we passed into the palm shaped island, it felt like we were invading a different place.

I was amazed by the design of the hotel. The shiny, modern outside shimmered under the sun and the Egyptian-inspired statues added an unexpected touch of glow. I couldn’t resist taking some pictures, even though we hadn’t gone inside the building, it was already photo worthy.

While my husband took care of our check-in at the front desk, I had the chance to tour the lobby area and capture some photos. I was struck by the hotel’s awesome design and inviting ambiance. It was designed with modern features and soft lighting that makes a cozy and stylish vibe. Even before moving into our room, I knew we were in for a wonderful stay.

Our room is pleasing, big, fresh and designed with a calming, modern vibe. We were so happy the moment we went out to our balcony. We could finally smell the ocean breeze we had been longing for. We saw the iconic Burj Al Arab standing proudly against the horizon from a distance.

After settling our things in the room, my husband mentioned he was craving a smoothie to cool off a bit and he was also excited to see the beach. We stepped out to the beach, the sun was still up, shedding a warm golden light over everything. The water was so calm and peaceful. The pool caught our eye with its unique design. Its pathway has a table and chairs set up, the perfect spot to sit back and relax. We enjoyed our smoothies at the poolside, it was the perfect treat to complement the relaxing vibe of the place.

It's almost sunset. We decided to swim. Before going to the beach, we made our way to the rooftop to check. And wow! It did not disappoint us. The rooftop gave us a breathtaking panoramic scene of the ocean. The curve of the Palm and the view of the Atlantis standing proudly in the distance. Its majestic structure was framed perfectly by the sea and sky. There's a large heart-shaped frame perfectly for photo moments. the sun was setting right in the middle of the heart, creating a breathtaking scene.

We passed by this amazing painting displayed along the hallway. What stood out the most was a bold red statue of a man, slightly bent forward as if bowing his head in a respectful gesture. It was both quirky and elegant. I couldn’t resist stopping to capture the moment. These little artistic touches around the hotel made every corner feel thoughtfully designed and full of character.

We took a moment to simply relax by the pool, fully embracing the serene atmosphere around us. It was the perfect chance to relax our minds and bodies.

Then we swam out to the beach, where our craving for the ocean breeze and warm sandy shores was finally met. The cool water gently lapped against us as we floated and swam, feeling completely refreshed and connected to the sea.
Our staycation gave us everything we had been craving. The calm moments, the ocean air, and time to simply breathe.
