If I want to create some designs, my first go to will be Paint.NET. But it has been a while since I created something. But recently I had to create a certificate design for an event and a Brochure. For the certificate design, I used Paint.NET and it was good but for the Brochure design I wanted to give Canva a try. I have seen people using Canva to do many things and this is the first time I tried using Canva for designing.
I have to admit that it was a great experience. The biggest help from Canva was that I was able to take a look at some of the existing designs and get some ideas. Initially I had a lot of options to go through and I made some idea in my mind as to how my design should look like. Then after that I started working on the idea and I was able to come up with the final output. To be honest, it was very simple and very easy to work on Canva.
Similar to all other products and AI tools, Canva also have a pro version which is a paid one. But usually free version itself is great and mostly sufficient for our needs. But for any professional who really requires so many additional things, pro version is very good. I have not yet fully explored as this is my first experience. But one thing that I noticed was that I can improve the quality of the image that I'm creating and resize it if I use the pro version. There were a few more restricted features for the premium users which are not available for the other normal users.
I don't know if I will be using the premium feature of Canva by paying any money because mostly the features available in the free version itself was sufficient for me. I also noticed that there are a few plugins available that can help in adding more components.
Paint.NET or Photoshop has its own advanced feature which may not be available in tools like Canva and also they may not be available in any free software. But the biggest advantage here is that it is very easy to use Canva. Anybody with no knowledge can understand and use Canva. With the help of AI features, we can do many things with our designs. I'm guessing tools like these will become the future where we dictate something and the images are generated after that. I'm sure there will be tools in the future that can create Brochures automatically as we cannot under estimate the potential of AI.
I'm very happy and would continue to use Canva. I will also be happy to try and see if there are similar tools available that offers some of the premium features for free users too.

Thanks for the review!
I also interacted with canva and I must confess that I love the premium one. It gives you access to more features

I have never tried Canva or paint.net but I am a little bit familiar with Photoshop, maybe I should try the other application as well. With the recent development, especially with the AI, there are more and more new app available to use with their own feature.
I super love Canva! It's my go to application for everything I need to design either for work, hive posts and personal stuff.
If this works well, a lot of people will prefer it to Canva
I’ll check out Paint.NET
