A Piece of White Sand Paradise: Our Family Beach Escape to Midway White Beach Resort at Initao, Naawan🌊☀️.

Hello, my lovely hivers👋! I hope you're all doing well! It's been long since I posted and shared some adventures of mine😇. Today, I'd like to share a little memory from a trip that became more than just a visit to the beach. It was a day spent with my mother after a Tibaw and all of us went to Midway White Beach Resort at Initao, Naawan, Misamis Oriental🌿.

This started after my family and I voluntered to help out in a tibaw. Tibaw is a traditional Meranaw practice where relatives will visit the grieving family. We were cooking and preparing food during the tibaw. And we could rarely rest at all because there are many relatives from far regions who went😴.

And this tibaw was for my great-grandmother from my mother's side of the family. And when the tibaw ended, the whole clan decided it was time to relax and have fun😄.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the beautiful view of the ocean, the blue water stretching toward the horizon, and the refreshing seaside atmosphere. And this is Midway White Beach Resort in Initao, Naawan, Misamis Oriental. It was a beautiful resort! And they also have swimming pools if you don't want to swim at the beach😍!

It was just the two of us that day because my siblings weren't there. Even so, I was happy that I got to spend that time with my mother and my second and third cousins.

The air was so fresh there! The water was blue. And the sand? It was definitely white.😊💙.

We even tried riding the banana boat! I had to hold on tight because I don't want to get thrown off from the waves lol😅.

I took some pictures to capture the scenery and keep a little reminder of our visit📸.

What made this trip special wasn't just the beach itself, but also the fact that I got to share the experience with my mother. We may not have had the whole family with us, but having that little moment together was already something to appreciate. ❤️

Life is full of family gatherings, responsibilities, and busy days, so moments like these can remind us to slow down and cherish the people who are always part of our lives🌴.

This visit to Midway White Beach Resort became one of those little memories I'd love to keep—not because we did anything extraordinary, but because I got to enjoy a beautiful place with someone very special to me😚.
