Plant a tree today and save the universe!

It's so disappointing that today's generation got so lazy that we all wanted to live fine without working for it. Our generation of today wants to enjoy the best of life yet we are the ones destroying that life. What a generation!

Gone are the days when our forefathers worked hard to put things in place. They lived fine and lived longer. They were so healthy and strong. Little did they have to get attacked by deadly diseases. But in our world today, the reverse is the case.

We are not so strong anymore, we hardly live long, and we face serious deadly diseases in our era. It's enough to ask ourselves the reason for all these happenings. Why?!

Nature has been bleeding so much, nature has been crying for help, nature is fading away, and nature is gradually going extinct. Yet people of nature never realize all of these, hopefully, we don't realize when it's too late.

I once had a quote on my FB page, the quote was about life. The relationship we have as humans with plants, I can call a symbiotic relationship that has been in existence long before us. It would continue to be that way till the world ends.

”Oxygen and carbon dioxide are two colorless and odorless gases formed during respiration. Oxygen is useful to man, while carbon dioxide is a waste. This same carbon dioxide is useful to plants while oxygen is a waste”

This is just the kind of battle we humans have to face with deforestation. We have been harvesting a lot of trees for humanity and consumption use. But there shouldn’t be any problem with cutting down trees, where the problem lies in not being able to plant more trees to replace the ones we have been cutting down.

Trees have a lot of benefits and that's just why trees are in existence. Apart from the fact that it’s useful to us by providing oxygen which is one vital role they have been playing and also taking away excessive carbon dioxide. Trees are useful as shade and as coolant to the environment.

Trees are used for papers, planks, and decorations, some trees serve the purpose of foodstuffs where we can harvest perennial fruits. The role of trees in our existence can’t be overlooked. And this is why we need more afforestation than deforestation.

The trees we harvested today might have been in existence for decades, and once harvested they can’t grow back again. But if it were to be that one tree harvested is replaced by another seedling then it's just a matter of time before we have another forest over time.

I would love to live around nature, have trees in my surroundings, and enjoy the fulfillment of nature to the fullest. I remember a big three in our hometown when we visited Grandma. The tree has its native name but is said to be one of the oldest trees in that location. It has been in existence for centuries. The tree is so big and broad. Has its roots deep inside the soil and branches over other trees.

The lovely part of it is seeing elderly ones play games under the tree, smiling and having fun. And also see some youths climb on shallow branches to receive the natural breeze. I never can tell what the future holds. But I would say if such a tree gets cut down, they might never get to see another ever again.

¡Planta un árbol hoy y salva el universo!

Es tan decepcionante que la generación actual se haya vuelto tan perezosa que todos queramos vivir bien sin trabajar para ello. Nuestra generación de hoy quiere disfrutar de lo mejor de la vida, pero somos nosotros quienes la destruimos. ¡Qué generación!

Atrás quedaron los días en que nuestros antepasados trabajaban duro para poner las cosas en su sitio. Vivían bien y vivían más. Estaban sanos y fuertes. Poco tenían que ser atacados por enfermedades mortales. Pero en nuestro mundo de hoy ocurre lo contrario.

Ya no somos tan fuertes, apenas vivimos mucho y nos enfrentamos a graves enfermedades mortales en nuestra época. Basta preguntarnos la razón de todos estos sucesos. ¿Por qué?

La naturaleza ha estado sangrando mucho, la naturaleza ha estado pidiendo ayuda, la naturaleza se está desvaneciendo, y la naturaleza se está extinguiendo gradualmente. Sin embargo, la gente de la naturaleza nunca se da cuenta de todo esto, con suerte, no nos damos cuenta cuando ya es demasiado tarde.

Una vez tuve una cita en mi página de FB, la cita era sobre la vida. La relación que tenemos como humanos con las plantas, puedo llamarla una relación simbiótica que ha existido mucho antes que nosotros. Y seguirá siendo así hasta que se acabe el mundo.

"El oxígeno y el dióxido de carbono son dos gases incoloros e inodoros que se forman durante la respiración. El oxígeno es útil para el hombre, mientras que el dióxido de carbono es un residuo. Este mismo dióxido de carbono es útil para las plantas mientras que el oxígeno es un desperdicio"

Este es justo el tipo de batalla que los humanos tenemos que afrontar con la deforestación. Hemos estado talando muchos árboles para uso humano y de consumo. Pero no debería haber ningún problema con talar árboles, donde el problema radica en no poder plantar más árboles para reemplazar los que hemos estado talando.

Los árboles tienen muchos beneficios y ésa es precisamente la razón de su existencia. Además de proporcionarnos oxígeno, que es una función vital que desempeñan, nos ayudan a eliminar el exceso de dióxido de carbono. Los árboles son útiles como sombra y como refrigerante para el medio ambiente.

Los árboles se utilizan para fabricar papel, tablones y adornos, algunos árboles sirven para la alimentación donde podemos cosechar frutos perennes. El papel de los árboles en nuestra existencia no puede pasarse por alto. Por eso necesitamos más forestación que deforestación.

Los árboles que cosechamos hoy pueden haber existido durante décadas, y una vez cosechados no pueden volver a crecer. Pero si se diera el caso de que un árbol talado fuera sustituido por otro plantón, entonces es sólo cuestión de tiempo que tengamos otro bosque con el paso del tiempo.

Me encantaría vivir rodeada de naturaleza, tener árboles en mi entorno y disfrutar al máximo de la plenitud de la naturaleza. Recuerdo un gran tres en nuestra ciudad natal cuando visitamos a la abuela. Se dice que es uno de los árboles más antiguos de esa localidad. Existe desde hace siglos. El árbol es muy grande y ancho. Tiene sus raíces muy dentro del suelo y se ramifica por encima de otros árboles.

Lo más bonito es ver a los ancianos jugar bajo el árbol, sonriendo y divirtiéndose. Y también ver a algunos jóvenes subirse a ramas poco profundas para recibir la brisa natural. Nunca se sabe lo que nos deparará el futuro. Pero diría que si talan un árbol así, puede que no vuelvan a ver otro nunca más.
