The Winds!

I accept even those winds
Which give you cold
And burn me
But these winds do not know that
There is a volcano in me
There is a Himalaya of cold in you

I have erupted many times,
But you have never melted,
On many occasions my shapes have changed
But the wrinkles on your forehead remained the same, Tight

You need that wind
Which is hot
And I need that which is cold!
Still I accept this situation
Which hurts
Still I welcome every step
Which takes me down and you up
If only these winds knew all this

You who are sitting with
Heights of snow all around
(absorbed...in meditation)
You are in delusion
There is ego in me too
I can also raise walls all around
But why?

I know
My heat will touch the walls someday
And the snow will melt
It will melt!
I have seen
You must have experienced it too
Those calm streams flowing in the plains
Which were once huge mountains of snow
But the heat of the sun brought them to a plain.

Look!
The sun had set in me once,
The sunrise has to happen in me,
The snow has to melt with my rays too,
That is why I say
Get close to my restless heart,
Because we have to meet
