Turtle and Beetle met somewhere on the road,
Turtle crawled slowly, like a heavy daytime dream,
Beetle raced like lightning, he did not keep up with himself.
However, at some point, their paths strangely crossed.

"Why are you in such a hurry? - asked Turtle, -
The world is full of various wonders,
We need to descry them without haste!"
"The world is beautiful, - confirmed Beetle, -
So I'm in hurry to see all wonders in the world!"

Anticipating how he will accelerate at full speed,
And will prove to Turtle that it is better to run fast.
But things turned out a little differently.
As soon as friends reached the crossroads,
Turtle grabbed Beetle and ate him without batting an eyelid.
