Della visited a specialist to know what was going on with her throat because she sounded. The doctor asked her to do some tests. It was bad news. Unfortunately, she got throat cancer, and she had to tell her best friends and family members this news. She did not want to upset her.

Ironically, her niece was there when she gave the news of her cancer. Her niece had quite a following on TikTok. He secretly was filming Della informing the family of her cancer. The video went viral because it was emotional and everyone sympathized with it.

She was now famous for having throat cancer. She opened her own account and surprisingly got a huge number of followers. She raised a lot of money and was able to help other patients who had throat cancer. This made her process of healing to be fun, she was grateful and filmed the whole process.
