The Day That Will Test What I Actually Believed All Along

All these questions asked are very possible. But let me start by sharing my personal take right from the first question that has been asked in this week's contest.

To be honest, my first reaction is going to be suspicion and not joy. Because I have seen different situations whereby good things just appear suddenly, and most people's reactions are always to move very fast because such good disappears again. It's called reflex, and it's very real. And that is exactly what will happen if hive gets to $1.

I don't fully know yet if you sell or hold. And that is my honest answer. Though I don't have much to power up, I'll power up some. I will hold most of what I have, then I will sell a little portion for myself. That sounds disciplined because it's better than spending it all even though it belongs to me. But still, I know how it feels to always see my wallet go up, and in the next few seconds, it has dropped again, just like how my wallet has been doing recently, especially from yesterday till this moment. When the moment arrives, that memory might change how I behave.

And when Hive reaches $1, I don't think it will mean anything dramatic to my life. Because my current hive cannot get me a mansion. And I will not quit overnight. But every moment of my active and consistent writing can be converted into something that I could actually touch and use, which makes more sense than those who have never struggled financially will ever get to understand properly. It will also confirm that patience in everything is important and not foolishness.

With the current rate of things. Anything can happen, and Hive can go beyond $1. But we as a community have to keep making it worth other people's attention not by overhyping Hive, but through genuine engagement, and quality output that is going to keep outsiders more curious about what we are doing here.

The price is not the real milestone. It's whether we continue to build when the current price doesn't justify it. And even now, that is what I am proudest of.
